it’s dominic howard’s house on upper park road, him and his partner used to live there after she left but i think they moved now, i don’t believe it’s sold so they might have privately sold or rented it.

we have definitely spoken about this house before, im sure it was last year. they dont own every house they might visit, even if they have the means to do so lol. Kimberly is still listed as the owner.

I’m pretty sure Taylor was Pierce and Ward’s first celebrity client because they were based first in Nashville and then they did Taylor’s first LA house in 2012? Or 2013? I can’t remember and honestly I think Pierce and Ward really got a lot of inspo from Taylor’s personal taste and just expanded on it. Just look at Taylor’s Nashville apartment lol

Karen elson was their first client. I don’t know how much influence taylor had on them tbh. i think they have their own style and she obviously likes that.

Was it only her LA mansion they did the interior for or did they do her NYC and RI houses?

I don’t remember if you said it was Pierce and Ward or the contractors who posted those photos of the renovations they did for Taylor’s LA house but considering that it seems she wasn’t happy that they posted them, I doubt she’ll go with them again.

no it was the french tradition that posted them. p&w did post some but it wasn’t the full pictures like the other people posted but they were deleted anyways.

Pierce and wards design are so monotone imo like it was good but after i saw all of their design is just all the same each of the houses that theyve done

yesss thats how i feel too! i thought it was nice at first and then i kept seeing the same things too. theres so many examples i could use but like something as silly as the same chairs at taylors bar as the ones at the westin rooftop bar in nashville that they did the design for and im like why? its lazy

like i get that you cant have everything one of a kind or unique in a house but idk, it annoys me lol.
