Favourite way to spend a sunny day
My FAVOURITE way to spend a sunny day outside is doing lots of sports outside like football, rugby, hockey and riding my bike. I like playing football with Daddy and my friends. Sometimes Mummy even plays when nobody else is around, Mummy is ok and tries really hard, so hard that she got very sore legs last time. When I play football I try my hardest to stay in goal to not let the ball go into the goal.
I like exploring in the forest because I can climb trees, swing over trees and jump over logs and rivers. When I'm in the forest I like running around with Mummy and Daddy, when we run around I nearly trip over logs and stumps. Daddy and Uncle Thom helped me balance across a long log, in the air. It was quite scary. When I climb trees,at the start I don't feel that scared but near the end i feel horrified because it feels like I'm going to fall. Once I did fall, but luckily I was quite low down and did't hurt myself.
In the garden I like to play with my diabolo and when I play with my diabolo I sometimes try and throw it up in the air and catch it. I don't always catch it because it is quite hard! When it's a sunny day in the garden I like Mummy getting the paddling pool out so we can have a swim and jump about in the water. Sometimes Mummy even puts the slide in and I whizz down like a rocket into the paddling pool. It's super fun!!
When my sisters come out to play sometimes I play on the see saw with them and I whizz them around, they scream and giggle which makes me smile.
On a sunny day I like to eat ice lollies and ice creams, my favourite is mint choc chip. I had one yesterday in the forest with my cousins Josh and Matthew, it was delicious!
I made a LEGO model of how I like to play in the forest with my sisters.
This is me up a tree, Mummy always gets worried when I go too high.
This is my sister wondering how to jump over a stream.
This shows a man finding some treasure. I'd love to find treasure in the woods. A chest of golden coins would be the best!
My name is Zak and I'm 7 years old. I typed most of this post myself, but I'm a bit slow so Mummy helped at the end. I told her what to write. Mummy took the LEGO photos too, but I took these ones with her phone. They made Mummy laugh a lot, so she put them into a collage for me.
I like my blog because when I'm bigger I'll be able to see the things I made with my LEGO.
This post is Zak's entry into the MAD Blog Awards Kid Blogger of the year. I'm so proud of Zak for wanting to record his creations in this way.
