A mini rant from my most recent podcast episode. I was very excited by this thought. I've been frustrated by how much the algorithms everywhere hate me that even the people who follow me do not see me. Social media wants us to hyperfixate on one thing like doing the same dog trick over and over. I don't have one thing and I can't give up my joy in doing stuff to try and get attention that wouldn't really be for me anyway. I'll just keep making noise for myself.

I just had my gallbladder removed. I'm making psyllium husk capsules to help absorb some of the bile since I'm not eating very much.

Gut and related body parts health is something I've spent an insane amount of time learning about due to having EDS, gastroparesis, gallbladder issues, congestion syndrome, pelvic floor issues, sciatica that impacts my bladder, allergies to soaps and toilet paper, etc etc.

I love being able to share the info in my head.
