Really? I just saw all the posts about her inconsistencies, but that’s all I can find. I’m not sure it counts as a proof, but clearly now more people are leaning on Baekho’s side. The most recent development I saw was that the alleged victim’s mother made a statement, but I couldn’t find it translated anywhere.

I’m still remaining neutral on this, because I’d like to see if there’s an actual police investigation or something of that sort, but thank you for your reply as it is useful! I hope you have a nice day. :)

I just reacted to what I saw on my dash - most people were either overdefensive or either in utter disbelief (and I am a bit too) about the whole situation. Again, it’s not okay either to send threats to him or wish death upon him. We could just wait to see how the events unravel, because speculating about it and/or bashing one or the other party does not make us closer to the truth - and rather, I think it’s not helpful at all. That is the point I wanted to make. Sorry if I didn’t convey it well enough in my first post.

I just want to say that, as long as nothing is proved, please don’t assume she is lying because, even if some recent sexual assault scandals in k-pop were made-up, it’s still very hard for victims to come out about what happened to them. Like, you can trust Baekho without saying you want to kill the girl or any other sort of bullshit - you could just wait for events to unravel. This is because of things like this, guys, that most sexual assaults goes unreported. You can drag her if all of this happens to be false, because she also makes it harder for assault victims to report.

Also, for people doubting the timing of this scandal, it’s probably because NU’EST has gained attention in PD101 - and it’s very traumatizing to see people worshipping someone who literally assaulted you.

And finally, I want to say that, even if Baekho has been a sweet-heart since he debuted, this happened when he was 14. No cameras, he wasn’t probably a trainee yet, etc. It’s harder to make only good decisions when your life isn’t scrutinized by everyone.

tl;dr : please wait before saying that she’s lying, and please don’t say you’re going to kill her. that’s downright disrespectful. support Baekho if you want to, it’s okay as long as nothing’s confirmed, just be respectful and ask yourselves if your attitude isn’t part of what’s making it worse for sexual assault victims. supporting Baekho and dragging the girl down are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
