“I mean, that makes sense,” Tilly smiled, shifting from one to the other slightly. She’d just nipped out to grab the post from the post box to grab her post when she’d bumped into Leo, on his way to somewhere.
“I mean if you feel like you need the extra support or it might help your clients? but then my expertise is medicine not business so maybe get a second opinion!”
He laughed, realizing the impatience in his ways, “I’m so sorry -- I shouldn’t have laid this all out on you,” Leo smiled apologetically, like when you’re a kid and you accidentally break something you should’ve stayed away from. Lately he had been apologizing like a little kid, anyways.
“And as a doctor, do you think I should start taking sleeping pills? I mean, frankly, look at me,” he pointed at the dark circles around his eyes, “I’m clearly not that good, am I?” He chuckled in irony.
