Did this yesterday, I've been starting to draw again, this is like the third painting this week, but i did it. didn't think about much while doing it, made some mistakes (i forgot i didn't need to ink inside the pillow under her legs) but i still like it.

WIP- mining trip -

This is a thing from the AU I'm working on. it's a part near the beginning where Jesse and Lukas are mining ore and valuables so he can afford that Nether Star

somehow I've lost some of the drawings and I've decided to write what's missing.

Edit. Forgot a whole few paragraphs :w also i forgot that April first is a thing, I swear there's a fic in here.

"So... i think if i get you close to a wall we can tunnel into it and get you up here" You tell him, you can't hear him hyper-ventilating, and your hopes come true when he after just a moment answers you.

"I think we can do that, yeah.. i think the closest wall is forward... the next is left" His voice still trembles, but you aren't the one dangling on literally nothing over a who knows how deep chasm to judge.

"okay" You get your pickaxe from your inventory and, after struggling for these minutes, finally lowers yourself to the ground and crawls to the left. Lucky, it's a wall, no monsters on the way. You probably wouldn't manage a single zombie so heavily handicapped.

"I got some footing here" He yells after some long minutes of crawling and mining over the wall. it was getting harder to hear each other and that might've been the last time you've heard from him until you meet up.

"Nice, i'll wait a bit then start going down" You scream over to him. Soon enough you feel the strain lift itself somewhat from you. it's still there, but now you feel like you can get up.

You take a moment to catch your breath and stretch before continuing forward and down, to meet Lukas faster.

You don't need to go far before the wall opens up into a reasonably sized cavern, inside of course has monsters, only three zombies and a creeper.

Very fortunate in case you wanted to carve something, like a deep hole, into a cave.

None of them noticed you yet, so you wait a few moments so Lukas isn't far behind, probably, and to make sure there's no gravel or sand around you, to jump in and deal with them.

"that sucked" You say, after setting your backpacks aside and sitting down beside where Lukas has decided to starfish on the floor. If you didn't have a chest-plate, you would follow his example. Both of you are tired. luckily that's all that's up. No injuries or anything. Thank whoever is above.

"yeah, sorry" He says, pulling you out of your thoughts, he's brushing on hand on the back of his head, knocking off a few bits of gravel and dust. He looks aside when he meets your eyes. like he could've done something.

"It's fine, we got some ores and you didn't die" You try to add some humor on your voice but you're tired and aren't sure it can be felt, out of everything that rushed immediately to your mind, that's the lest worse comment you can make.

He notices though because he snorts tells you "Gotta stop almost doing that huh"

"Yeah..." you breathe, if just a week is being like this...

"It just sucks it's just bad luck, maybe i can lead and you can carry bow and arrows with you all the time but some times shit just happens."

"Isn't this the part where you say some cheesy stuff to make me feel better?" He grumbles, if you were less tired you would add that he keeps things interesting at the very least, but you would have to sell it, he probably won't get it if you don't say it right.

He sighs "It's happening a lot to me"

"it happened to us just now, we're together."

"I al-"

"And that night it was better to take your chances running than suffocate on a tiny 1x2 role in the wall," Or run into monsters on the empty mine, or set off another cave in, or slip on a chasm. Your head spins when you start to think of all the ways you could've find his inventory and breathe his dust. You almost didn't make it.

"well, when you put it like that..."

The silence rings quieter and you both breathe in the moment until you hear a spider hiss. You do quick work of it while Lukas dash out of the way, and get a spider eye and a piece of string for your troubles. You blame on your tiredness but you can't help but giggle when you see his spooked face. He rolls his eyes and fake pout for about a second before joining you.

When you recover, you feel a little lightheaded.

"Lukas" You call when he finishes his own giggly fit "I wanna camp out here, this gallery is very pretty... and my legs kinda feels like jelly"

He blinks "Sure" then gets up and place a crafting table near a wall, You go to the entrances you've made and close them both with some slabs you had forgotten to put away.

When you look back at him, there's four furnaces on and campfire at the middle of the cave, and Lukas is working on placing the left over carpet from yesterday on a checkered pattern, somehow he's finished it's third layer, speed building is a thing but holy cow.

And it looks nice too, you hate him so much. How??

After a quick once over to make sure there's no holes big enough for mobs, luckily there's none, you finally sit back down. The carpets aren't as soft and sturdy as a bed but it'll do for tonight. you barely can feel the floor and that's definitely a win, he scoffs when you tell him that.

You take off your armour and he takes some ores from your backpacks and add to the furnace. Only when he's sure it's all loaded in right he joins you.

He lays down a good distance from you. And you don't bother telling him that it doesn't matter how far he is, you're an aggressive sleep cuddler and he'll be your teddy by the morning weather you like it or not.

I've learning embroidery since February, i kinda forgot about the blog. it's one of the things that you know it'll take a while but still underestimate how long it'll take.

under the cut will be other sleepy Kirby I've made, it ended up a little weird but still cute. i might put it on something

This is base on the part where Meta go see Gala after she talked with Tiff, her mom and Kirby on the last chapter of the Mother of invention fic.

It's such a vibe from the rest of the fic. Like seeing a rainbow in a storm. I tried to make it look as soft as it felt to read it.

I really loved it, i reread it like five times this month. It's painful and beautiful, i'm still struggling to put on words how much i love it.

Jesskas Soulmate AU

Approximately ten minutes after Lukas spawned, a pinprick of pain on his elbow revealed a small scar. Nothing had preceded it, pain had just shot through his elbow for no reason at all.

When he arrived at a village and asked someone about it, they told him about a phenomenon called "spawn-mates": people who spawn into the world at the exact same time, as if the universe mixed up lines of code. These people share an inexplicable connection, one so deep that if one is hurt, that pain is shared with the other.

When Lukas heard that and felt another pinprick of pain streak across his knee, he couldn't help but think that his spawn-mate was way too accident-prone for his liking.

However, by the time he met Aiden, Maya, and Gill, he barely even thought about his spawn-mate. The flashes of pain faded into the background; sometimes he would wash his hands and be surprised by another scar he hadn't even felt. People would ask him if he planned on joining the hordes of people who went off searching for their spawn-mates, but he always shrugged and waved it off. He would meet them when he met them, if they ever met at all.

The first time he ever gave his spawn-mate a scar, he was accidentally cut on the arm while sparring with Aiden. It was small, but Lukas huffed a laugh when he thought of his spawn-mate freaking out over it. He wondered if, somewhere out there, they were looking at their arm in disbelief and thinking, "about damn time."

Somewhere in the world, his spawn-mate felt the cut scar over and indeed freaked out, not even aware he'd had a spawn-mate in the first place.
