After 3 years, I finally followed through. Ever since 2014 when Alex Gaskarth personally drew me this, I’ve been itching to get it inked. I’ll save everyone the spiel about how much Alex Gaskarth means to me and just sum it up with the fact that I admire, adore, appreciate and respect this man more than most. His writings and lyrical talent has inspired me endlessly since I was a teenager to continue to write and improve my own craft, and who he is and what he stands for is something I have always been able to get behind. I had him draw this alien as a symbol for how foreign I felt not only in my environment but in my own skin at the time and how he helped me find the strength to settle into who I am now (and because each time I’ve talked to Alex we’ve had brief convos about space because we both find it intriguing but anyway). So, here it is. Glad to finally have it on my body. A goodin.
