hey. I asked you one time how to mediate and stop my thoughts. I said I'm gonna let you know how it goes and I know I'm so late lol. the thing is that at first it didn't work for me for so long. I couldn't do it right and it would make me get frustrated and stop. until few weeks ago I was going through my old screenshots and I read your response with a new perspective, I realised that I was doing it wrong. I have been doing it for a while now and it's working and it feels great! so thank you!!!!
That is so awesome! I’m so happy to hear! How it helped me most was identifying where my mind naturally goes, which used to be negative and anxiety ridden in the past or future. It helped me learn to concentrate, as we’re never taught how, only told to do it. Keeps me on task when I have other things to “worry” about. Helps me know myself better and direct my attention.
