92lbs down in 18 months. This is my fuck you to anyone who ever doubted that I could do this. 92lbs down and around another 15-20 till I’m at my goal weight. Possibly less depending on how I feel. Although if I could tighten things up and stay as I am now Id be damn happy with that.
Took an after photo before yoga to keep myself motivated
Before and after front view: left 238lbs and right 154lbs
(Sept 8th - Mar 8th) Fifty pounds gone, just like that. Working out is amazing, but you have to change your diet. Trust me, this weight wasn’t lost doing the elliptical every day, it was lost by cutting out all the foods I had learned to love. Try cutting out gluten, diary, and processed foods for a month of your life and you will never want to go back.

this is a six n a half months difference. On the left I was 217 pounds (july28th,2013), and on the right I am 165 pounds (February22nd,2014) I had my ups & downs also my lazy days. this is VERY hard for me to put the picture on the left up because it’s embarrassing, but I thought to myself. I will never become that girl again so whynot!

i lost 100 pounds in a period of a year! all by eating healthy :)
good luck to you all
Everybody is capable of Doing what someone once told you was impossible. People tell me all the time that “I’m so dedicated” and “they wish they could do it” but you can!!! The girl on the left was in the same spot once, but once she finally found the strength that’s inside every single one of us, she was able to become the girl on the right. And the girl on the right is so happy, she finally has self confidence, she finally feels comfortable in her own skin, and she’s finally happy. Don’t do it for the “damn she got hot.”.. Don’t do it for the cute boy in class, don’t do it for prom season… Do it for yourself. I admit I worked damn hard to get here, but it was so worth it and I have never been happier. And you all have the strength to do it I believe in you all 110%

I really wanted to put these pictures side by side..A year apart these photos were taken and you can see more then just a weight change but a attitude change!
I lost my weight by running, weight lifting, and eating right. It took me 5 1/2 months to lose 60lbs. I’m now at 65lbs lost in total.

So my weight loss journey has taken about 2 years. I started off with eating less and somehow easily lost some weight. That number on the scale was my biggest motivation. After a while of course, it got harder. Recently I’ve been doing weight training and that’s helping me tone and get rid of the rest of the fat that I want to lose. Right now I feel happier and earthier then ever. Losing weight helped me gain so much confidence and so much knowledge about health and nutrition. My starting weight: 229 lbs My current weight: 156 lbs My goal weight: 138 lbs Height: 5’7 Instagram: smotevalli
Okay.. This takes a lot of courage to post.. the top is April 2013 and the bottom is right now, February 2014. i weighed 205, and now i weigh 138. I never realized how far i have actually come until now. People always ask how i did it, and all i say is exercise and eat healthy! And that its actually worth it in the end, your life is going to go on whether you workout or not, so you might as well :) I’m hoping to lose 15 more pounds, but im focusing a lot on toning :)
