Should I just km?
Just stepped on the scale on an empty stomach and my cw is 61,8 kg (136 lbs), I’ve lost some weight I I want to keep going. My goal is to get under 60 kg (132 lbs)
Pls write to me I need someone to talk to❤️
I’m so confused
I keep going between recovery and restricting and even if I really wanted to recover the thought of food and calories will always be there with me
I doubt that I will ever get well, and it makes me so sad. I don’t know what to do

I’m currently at 137 so it shouldn’t be that difficult 🤝
My plan is to skip breakfast to make my fast longer, and also to cut out unnecessary calories
I should be able to make it😙

I’ve been away for awhile trying to recover, I’ve gained weight and I don’t feel very good about myself
Don’t know what to do anymore
I’m actually increasing my calorie intake this week to prevent me from binging, also I will have more energy to work out
I’ll update you how it goes
I’m 10 hours into a 36 hour fast
I’ve never fasted that long before so I really need motivation and lots of help !

Get down to 58 kg (127 lbs)
Eat 400 kcals a day
Workout everyday
Walk at least 10 000 steps a day
Do your school work
Take care of your health
Get a lot of sleep
