MY WORK DESIGN AND RIGHTS

Since then, the commodity product has been extremely popular in our country. Handicraft refers to products that are made by hand, particularly those that are handmade. Because they claim it is a long-lasting product that is not easily damaged and sometimes has unique designs. Handicraft is a subset of industrial design that entails the creation of a shape, configuration, or pattern or color composition. And to protect our product, we have intellectual property rights, which are the rights granted to individuals over their mental creations. They typically grant the creator exclusive rights to use his or her creation for a set period of time. So that we can create our own economic development product.

PROTECTION OF YOUR CREATION

We know that we Filipinos are good in various aspects of the industry, especially in other countries. We are also good at new inventions not only in equipment but also in food and so on. Nowadays, there are many new ones such as trade marks or service marks. But you can no longer use these trade marks without the permission of the owner because it is registered so that it is not just copied by others or competitors. If you discover something new or a product and people like it, keep it protected to avoid the compipators of your business.

BUSINESS VENTURE

We all know that people nowadays have a lot of gimmicks, especially in the business world. Despite what happened during the pandemic, we are slowly recovering. Despite the difficulties, we continue to do business in order to achieve our life goals. My colleagues and I are brainstorming a way to promote a business that is unlike any other, and we will be the first to do so. As a result, we decided to start a business that will assist kids, teachers, and others. This company is known as "Print Express." Our primary focus is on students and instructors, since we know they require it to speed up their work throughout the day and save time. Computers, printers, delivery people, and a variety of other printing equipment are essential. We offered this business because there is a location near my classmate that is in desperate need of it, and it will be really beneficial. Not only will we be successful in business, but we will also have assisted someone in achieving their life goals.

The act of becoming an entrepreneur, or "one who undertakes innovations, finance, and business acumen in an attempt to translate inventions into economic products," is defined as "one who engages in innovations, finance, and business acumen in an effort to transform innovations into economic goods." In reaction to a perceived opportunity, this might result in the formation of new organizations or the revitalization of existing ones.

Chances, opportunity, and learning are the most important factors. We introduced ourselves, discussed the curriculum, and were allocated to pitching groups for the first week. We also talked about Startups, Disruptors, and Misconceptions in Business, as well as the Entrepreneurial Mind in Technology Entrepreneurship. After that we talk about how to be a good entrepreneur and what mindset an entrepreneur should have in good communication. I have a lot of questions I want to be answered properly about entrepreneurship. And open my mind to the possibilities that there will be a change in my movements and thoughts. When we say entrepreneur good speech, good deal, knowledgeable business strategy and good decision.  It's also like studying if you don't study well you won't get good deal grades either. Must have perseverance to get a high grade.

Entrepreneurship is the process of bringing a business concept to life by combining capital and labor in order to generate goods or services for profit.
