Alex raised an eyebrow. “What.” she says, her smile immediately curling into a frown. Bored? She doesn’t even keep her gaze on him long enough until he finishes his sentence. Strangely, however, a part of her wanted to stay and see how this would turn out. It wasn’t often she was in the presence of arrogant, equally privileged peers after all. “You’ll be driving all night then, pretty boy.” her leg hooks over the other, toes pointing at the floor as she spoke, quite relaxed in her seat.
“Mhm, bored. That is what I said.” Levi kept his voice monotone as usual, turning his attention to the parking lot in front. He let out a soft scoff, starting the engine, deciding that he was in no mood to fight with someone. “Flattery will get you no where, sweetheart.” His gaze flickered to the girl through the rear view mirror before focusing on what he was doing. She seemed rather comfortable for someone who just got into a stranger’s car.
