Each time I look through the cottagecore or forestcore tags, I feel sereneness, but also feel like a piece of me is missing.

I think it's a way of my mind telling me those pictures are examples of where I'm supposed to be. Like living in a forest is my true home.

I always knew I'm an otherkin, but I can't tell if I'm a dire wolf therian or not. I guess only time will tell.

If your main purpose on this website is to spread misinformation while purposely crosstagging, the problem is obviously with you and not the beings you're openly against. And yes, I'm talking about you, imactuallyrightforonce.

Like I'm sorry the existence of otherkins and therians offends you to a high degree, but guess what? That ain't our problem. Would you crumble up and die if I told you I genuinely see myself as a winged dire wolf lycanthrope? Huh, huh? Would you, would you? No? Then, why are you so hyper-focused about what kins like me identify as?

You're allowed to have your own opinions, but do NOT drag the beings you're trashing on down to your level of misery. We don't need you dumping your negativity onto us because we face a lot of that already.

You say therians aren't oppressed meanwhile therians in Spain are actually being beat to a pulp by a large group of antis and possibly shot dead and left there to rot on the streets. They might as well be oppressed at this point because there are some places that just aren't safe for therians.

Just because you don't see it or would rather fold your ears to it doesn't mean it's not happening because it is.

I hate this type of ignorance

I'm annoyed at the lack of research and the harmful misinformation when it comes to addressing therians. And this is coming from someone who is not even a therian.

Hey so, that's not what a mental illness is and it's pretty ableist to misuse the term on something completely harmless. And therians don't think they're an animal, they are the animal.

Yes, they're completely aware of their human bodies, but they involuntarily identify as an animal. But to call them mentally ill is highly ignorant. It's not harming you or anyone.

Y'all don't need to love therians, but I beg that you do your friggin' research before speaking on things you clearly have no understanding on. Especially the ones that think therianthropy is a trend, which is still a harmful way of thinking because it doesn't just magically disappear one day.

Even as an otherkin and non-therian, I beg that y'all show some basic respect and stop acting like therians will corrupt you with a mental disease. I assure you there's nothing wrong with identifying as a therian as much as there's nothing wrong with being a furry.

Can Tumblr please stop recommending me girlbloggers that hate men as a whole? I get that some men can be creepy and weird, but I don't like when girls blame every single man as a controlling sexist.

I hate when they think that being a man means you're inherently evil. Nobody is born evil. Lumping every man with misogynists and abusers is ignorant and lazy if you think about it because not all men agree with it.

There are genuinely good ones out there who believe that women should be treated with equality and respect. I just wish they get acknowledged more.

Normalize getting mad at the individuals that caused harm and not the ones who have nothing to do with it. Gender equality is not about excluding men.

I'm kind of guilty of these actions (except for threatening furries/therians and generalizing an entire gender) only because people did it to me all the time. I'm trying to grow out of that toxic mindset.

The only thing I'm not sorry of doing any of this towards are predators.
