1.5 oz Reyka vodka

6 dashes orange bitters

Chill and shake. Pour over a big cube

Top with whipped cream

Whipped cream

2 oz heavy cream

1 tbsp simple syrup

Whisk/frother until peaks form

Spoon on top.

Garnish with orange zest.

Prepare for the next round.
