wow, i literally just realized that the only reason i couldn't post on this blog anymore is that i didn't write anything in the post how dumb of me

but what this is is basically that i feel like my remaking was sort of abrupt and this blog was never really given closure. there are still 500 or so of you who are still following this blog and i'm sure you're all wondering where i went and about the i've remade posts. well that's true, i have moved blogs, and my blog basically is the same as it was here except i guess it's slightly less fandom oriented, because of all the pressure that comes with liking things.

and well basically i moved because my account was acting up. well i guess i did have the desire to see what it was like to know exactly what to do right from the start, and rid the evidence of my first days on tumblr where i was literally so bad at blogging.

when i first created my new blog, i was really worried that my followers weren't going to know where to find me. this is probably the last i'm going to say on my remaking, because lately, on my blog with fewer followers, i've realized that followers really aren't that important. you guys are literally just people who have learned about me by deciding to click a button, and i appreciate all of you. i appreciate you guys having stood by me for so long.

but where i'm going with this is essentially that, this is the last time i'm probably going to be saying anything about my having remade on here. i'm not going to reblog this post or any other post relating to my having moved. and that's because i'm honestly beyond caring who follows me and who doesn't. and i really don't give a shit if you decide to just unfollow me and leave be. tumblr honestly isn't that big a deal for me anymore, as much as it is a place i go when i'm bored, which is basically actually all the time. i'm not going to advertise it anymore.

so if you want to stick around, it would be nice having you over there, and i'll be over at edkennedys if you need me. if you don't, that's fine too. but just stop following this blog to make everything easier.

this blog, or my url isn't going anywhere either. this is forever going to be up as an archive, because i have some pretty great posts on here going around that probably are going to need to be linked to at some point, and there are sometimes things i myself want to go back to, and i want you guys to have it too. but i'm probably not going to come back on here again.

World’s Most Beautiful Abandoned Places

Italian product manager and web designer Francesco Mugnai recently added a collection of images to his blog touting some of the most beautiful images of abandoned spots and modern ruins that he’d ever seen. The images Mugnai has captured come from empty castles, shuttered power plants, and dilapidated churches around the world. From a sunken yacht in Antarctica to a forever-closed amusement park in Japan, these images all make up a sort of anti-phoenix; rather than rising as new from the ashes, these husks remain preserved in decomposition, forcing viewers to confront the strange beauty of ruination.

an update on the whole theme thing

i tried a theme on a sideblog and it displayed fine and then the same theme on this blog would generate bigger text like it has right now so it looks like the only real solution is remaking my entire blog i want a fresh start anyways
