If I wake up fat one more time
ONE MORE FUCKING TIME
i hate feeling guilty after i e@t.
MY SAFE FOOD LIST (AKA LIST OF LOW KCAL, FILLING AND LOW FAT FOODS)
Arranged by type (and I'll add extras if I discover them but this is still quite a long list already, as this has evolved over the years and I lost 19.1 kg 1½years ago with the help of these!!)
Quark/Kvarg/maitorahka: fat free of course!! 10 g protein per 100 grams and only 58 kcal for 100 grams (I LOVE this stuff soooo much, for those who don't know it's a dairy product similar to yogurt or skyr)
Fat-free greek yogurt: the specific brand I sometimes get has 13 g protein per 100 grams!!
Almond milk: way lower in calories than regular milk (no sugars ones can have 13 kcal per 100 g)
Fat-free cottage cheese: semi-high in protein, and even though I don't like the texture, blended into soups it is quite nice
White fish: low in fat, less than 100 kcals for 100 grams and pretty high in protein too!
Egg whites: like 16 kcal for a medium sized one!!
Cucumber: best thing ever, I just eat it plain or with grill seasoning (don't diss me if you haven't tried it)
Carrots: super low kcal (200 grams is 70 kcal???) and filling, with a lit of fiber
Lettuce: tasty and makes a really low kcal base for salads
Green beans: I pretend these are fries after I've stuck them in the oven, and they're pretty filling
Cauliflower: again one of the best things in the world, delicious when cooked (and with a sprinkle of grill seasoning)
Mushrooms: really low carb and fat, so really low kcal too! Blend them if you don't like the texture
(I'm lwk scared of some fruits sk this is short lol)
Kiwi: less than 50 kcal and taste good
Tangerines: again less than 50 kcal!! And a sweet taste
Oranges: slightly over 50 kcals but a bit higher volume (and the taste is amazing imo)
Apples: I usually get granny smith apples, I like them the most... I'll have a full small one or half of a big one to not spend too many kcals!!
Raspberries: really good (especially frozen ones) and are the berry highest in fiber!
Bilberries/blueberries: (bilberries grow in forests here so they are what I usually get)
Red currant: sort of a sour berry which I like, and find it helps with cravings to have a few
Strawberries: the lowest in kcals and super sweet, I love them
Black coffee: CAFFEINE IS AN APPETITE SUPRESSANT!! Also helps move things along in the bathroom
Sugarfree energy drinks: again, will nuke your appetite and tackle sweet cravings too!!
Tea: good for debloating and reducing appetite
Rooibos tea: the best tea imo, also naturally caffeine free so suitable for drinking before bed, and warm drinks help with hunger pangs
WATER: PLEASE DRINK WATER IT'S GOOD FOR YOU AND 0 KCAL SO PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF IT
Pepsi max/diet coke: helps with sweet cravings and taste good, carbonation helps suppress appetite too (but might make you bloated)
RYE BRAN: 25 GRAMS RYE BRAN WITH 2 DL WATER IN THE MICROWAVE MAKES 50 KCAL OATMEAL!!!!!! WHICH IS REALLY HIGH IN FIBER TO KEEP YOU FULL
Grill seasoning: I will make horrendous combinations of this with food but it tastes good, and is the best spice mix ever
Lemon juice: adds flavor to anything (like salads or water) witchout a lit of kcals
Salt and pepper: just great spices that make anything (that's meant to be savory) taste good! And spices have so little calories they are basically 0 kcal, food doesn't have to be bland
And gotta add-
Nicotine: is an appetite supressant, but it is very addictive so if not already addicted, please, please, please don't start. Don't be like me and spend a ton of money on nic pouches that eradicate hunger
Going back to my old roots, without trying to be suspicious. Started a Chloe Ting challenge again like I did before covid. Need to build the stamina and rhythm of allowing my self hatred to be beneficial.
