finally figured out how to play Cities: Skylines without almost immediately going bankrupt so now I'm trying to fit as many sports fields as I can into this city

on the plus side we got back into playing Russian Fishing 4 which is very chill, doesn't take much energy, and has very pretty landscapes

we ended up catching some shinies during this

we've been playing Pokémon Go a lot today and we had some remote raid passes so we decided to try using those and anyway now we have 2 necrozmas that both belong to 🦋 and I find the concept of being able to catch these really powerful pokémon from another dimension really funny for some reason.

like hi here's my new pet, it's a huge angry extradimensional entity that wants to attack everything and shroud the world in darkness. I feed it berries sometimes and it follows me around

completely forgot to actually post the screenshots of these guys but anyway

the game glitched out as we finished the raid so the text stopped displaying properly but we did get some kind of achievement or something for getting the final hit? idk how raids work lmao.

also we caught one of the funky event umbreons with the little scarves.

okay, recent Pokémon Go stuff I forgot to post

we managed the Trubbish collection challenge and got a shiny.

we also got a scatterbug from a new region

we managed to get a shiny goomy and evolve that during the community day (I think that's what it was? I can't remember)

and we got a couple of the badge thingies for catching a certain number of dragon type and fire type pokémon

our buddy has a special little ribbon now! yay!!!

watching 🍬 desperately trying to catch the pokémon necessary to get all the badges for the Bug Out event on Pokémon Go.

he needs to evolve a swadloon, catch and evolve a female combee, and catch and evolve a kricketot and he has 7 hours to do this

okay so we evolved the swadloon and managed to catch a kricketot but evolving that is gonna be a challenge.

I forgot we also need to evolve a cutiefly which is probably gonna be a challenge too. we're doing pretty well though I think

ribombee acquired!!!

we literally just need a female combee and a bunch more kricketot candy now but there's like 2 hours left

in the end we got 3 of the 4 badges. the only one we didn't get was because we didn't see any female combees so there weren't any we could evolve into a vespiquen.

also we used the adventure incense at one point and found the "95m adventure" bit kind of funny given that we were sat on our bed the whole time

time to watch 🦋 play Pokémon Shield again. can't wait to see what weird shit he does this time

he's spent half an hour giving all his pokémon nicknames because up to now only some had nicknames.

some of my favourites are:

Margerine the butterfree and Olive Oil the caterpie

Plug Socket the grubbin

also he has 3 beheeyems and 13 elgyems and they all have astronomy related names

I didn't realise the pokémon from last time I played would still be there after the weather changes. RIP to these vanillites chilling in the harsh sunlight I guess
