If anyone has wondered where I’ve been for a solid four months; this. I’ve been working on this. I had an amazing weekend and met some awesome people, sat drinking and chatting with Robert (Estinien) on Sunday evening and cosplayed for the first time in my life. So all my creative free time was spent making my costume. I’m not sure when or even if I’ll be back the way I was before but I still have everyone’s drafts.

dion doesn't get his signature armour commissioned until he forms the holy knights age 20. until then, he wears a suit of imperial dragoon armour that is more or less unaltered, save for gilded pauldrons & facsimiles of bahamut's primary horns on his helm, sticking straight up.

his hair is also long until he forms the order, as well. like... shoulder blade length.

There was much to be done and many more distractions pouring through Dion’s mind.

Full lashes lift and his gilded gaze settles upon the Empress. Had he heard her right? Or a trick of the space, perhaps. Sound echoed strangely off the walls of Whitewyrm and Dion confesses, in the privacy of his own mind, that she did not have his full attention, fixed instead upon his Father’s retreating figure as it was. Perhaps she had not even been addressing him. Still, Dion turns to Anabella with a palm upon his breast and a tilt upon his hips.

Still, a cloying chill creeps over his heart, that perhaps he had heard true. It does not escape Dion, when Anabella watches him with a gaze Shiva herself could conjure.

All of these sentences are mostly taking by my own mind and i'm not joking. It was hard finding material quotes regarding tournaments in historical or fantasy setting. Some are from shows or media but eighty percent is all from my own mind, please give credit if use these. Change pronouns, names, locations as you see fit. All of these involve the medieval event of a tournament and what happens around them.
