Takayuki Chiba was a stunt-double for the X-Men movies as Wolverine. He's just never changed his hair since then. Change my mind. 😂
Last Kengan maybe
Hello Kengan fans! I've finally decided to crawl out from under my rock to give you what title says. Why it's the last is simply because the anime has mostly followed the manga as far as fighting is concerned. Of course I love all side characters and antics but I understand why the series had a budget to focus on the tournament. If they had added everything, we wouldn't have seen the second block till Fall maybe.
But let's get back to what this is suppose to be: How Netflix Kengan is going to show Hayami's evil plan. For those who haven't read the manga...just keep scrolling, big spoilers.
Middle is big baddie Hayami, who at the end of season 2 lost all of his pawns in the tournament. Right guy is Kito, who I would love to see get his face smashed by Takayama...is not going to happen. Did not see him hiding anywhere in the background. However, I did see lefty dude (Long Min) in Season 2 episode 3 "The Fisherman".
In the manga we all thought Hayami was removing all his failing CEO pawns in the shadows with Kaburagi Koji and Hassad "the Arabian Whirlwind" as his go-men but nope they were double-crossing by really working for Katahara. I take back my words when I thought Hassad wasn't going to return. His return is only to do as the manga plays out. I imagine the fighters are going against the guardains and Ohma having his big comeback from Ranjo (or some other fighter, kinda hope for Long). Definitly see Gaolang and Raian taking the scene. Parts I don't foresee is Katahara out-smarting Hayami by hiring all the side characters such as: the Kure Family, Kono Haruo's tribesmen, or teachers/family of other fighters. That's a lot of CGI to add and they made it obvious with the flashbacks, "that" was it. I don't even think Katahara Retsudo is going to get any spotlight with his team. The Heavenly Wolves and Hassad will betray Hayami, Katahara gets the last laugh, yada-yada, everything will fall into place and Hayami will fail, again.
If your asking why I'm not including the Ohma's/Setsuna's Arch. Those two are fan favorites, especially the first. Like what anime skips the main character's big past reveal?
Sorry if you guys are disappointed with me not going by episode with the reviews but the whole thing became taxing. I just hope there is a season 3.
I will also admit my faults and say I used Kissanime and Kissmanga. Its a controversial subject but the sites were just convenient so I never looked anywhere else since I was 17-18? Now that both are removed from the internet, can anyone recommend something? Really need to keep up with Kengan Omega.
How does one plan a petition to get this in another language on hardcover? Preferable English? The covers are beautiful and we all know the manga is better than the anime but it's hard to get people to realize that. I'm seriously asking how.
Never felt something so relatable. Lmao
Woohoo! Naruto reference! 😂
Same energy 😂
Kengan Omega ch59.
It's the first fight and I'm so pumped up! I'm rooting for team Kengan but I'm honestly more excited to see the Purgatory team. This is more of an insight on their first fighter, so here we go!
I suspect this man has rhabdomyolysis. Rhabdomyolysis is a rare but possible risk from overdoing it when working out or doing some form of potentially muscle damaging exercise. Or some form of muscle deterioration. Why? Because...
Of...
This!!! His determination to conquer every weight class is honorable but insane, especially depending on how intense his workouts were and the timespand to complete his goals. All that caused the results in his last form which can be deathly fatal.
Basically Purgatory has a legend that may already be on death's door before the match.
This thought only came to mind having watched Baki the Grappler and the character Jack Hanma being in the same situation in the beginning of his training.
Betting first win to Purgatory.
today’s mood
When Agito was the Fang of Metsudo I bet there was merch that said I WANNA BANG THE FANG
And it sold out fast
Oh man! It's Ohma...Oh?! It's Baki!! 😂😅 I don't really remember this Baki arch.
Me when I’m rosé drunk and I feel fancy and also drama
This feels like when mom calls and she says to come home NOW 😂

Kengan Niko Style: The Tiger's Vessel theory
Okay Kengan fans fair warning this has big SPOILERS in this with the manga series so scroll pass if not caught up with Omega.
So my TWO theories is that we know there are multiple "Niko's" and some have went to the dark organization "The Worm" who are trying to find a Tiger's Vessel. Now I believe this vessel is meant to be the next form to the Niko style that transcends all martial arts and essentially dominant the world even through corporations. In order to create a vessel one probably has to use the "Advance" technique and it can only be passed down once somebody from the Inside has an understanding of the Niko style and no remorse to kill. We already know Ohma Tokita and Gaoh Ryuki are vessels; however in my first Kengan theory, I guessed that Kano Agito could have been with the "The Worm" if it weren't for Metsudo Katahara saving him. In a flashback, Agito was seen knowing what the Niko style was. Does that mean he's from the Inside and can use that style or just refuses? Could Agito have been a vessel and was he given the "Advance" before being part the Gu Ritual? Also does Agito remember anything or has Katahara's help cause Agito to repress the memories after the ritual. Plus Agito's "Formless" could not only be his animalistic tendencies seeping through but the Advance? On another note, does Gaoh Ryuki have the Advance?
Or (& this is very out of left field) the Tiger's Vessel are the bloodline to the original Niko. Guessing Ohma Tokita and Gaoh Ryuki are siblings whose relative was the original Niko or in Ryuki's case "Grandfather". I can't remember if Ohma and Ryuki are the same age or not because twins definitely comes to mind. Most likely half-siblings which explains why they weren't together in Ashura. Ohma could have a sweeter protective side and more willing to train under Niko if Ohma had to do anything for Ryuki's safety.
Anyway this is the original Niko and yeah I can believe Ohma and Ryuki are his grandkids by looks lol. Ryuki has the same name, yea!
I call this sh*t-stain "Sabretooth" and who does not deserve to be called Niko because he who took the best Niko away. 😢 He knows how to give someone the Advance technique too.
