Let me get this straight. It bothers you when a group of people hog all of the housing and make it expensive? And you want the government to do something about it?

Then say that you hate landlords. Then say that you want the government to crack down on corporate landlords or people who own multiple homes.

Name a problem and blame the actual people causing it? You're a woke special snowflake who believes in big government and can't handle living in a free society. Name the same problem and blame a convenient scapegoat with much less power? You're a freedom loving patriot.

That's the problem with these people. They literally see someone's hoarded wealth as part of their body.

Taxes are the dues you pay for living in a society. If you have an amount of wealth that would be impossible to obtain without a society, then you owe dues to that society. If you don't like taxes, then you should be free to live outside of society. But you don't get to rig the system to become wealthy then suddenly decide that the system is evil when it wants to tax you.

There was a beautiful era in the 90s/early 00s of fun, female lead teen movies that just hit different, were like this golden age of girls just being girls and celebrating that feeling, and no matter how Hollywood tries they will never replicate it.

I'm talking "She's the Man," "Bend it Like Beckham" "Princess Dairies" "St. Trinian's" "What a Girl Wants" "Clueless" "Uptown Girls" "John Tucker Must Die" "DEBS".....obviously there's probably a few I missed but you get the idea. Maybe the stakes weren't as high as saving the entire world, but they were important to the characters and had friendships and silliness and the goal was almost never to get the guy and you just don't get to see that anymore. Also almost all of them had banging soundtracks.
