What made you study fashion/textile design? I really want to study fashion design but I'm so confused at what career choice I want to choose🌸

erm well i was originally going to study sociology and literature but on a last minute choice on thinking “what do i actually want to do as a career?”, which is always a great mind-set to have when making that decision; so i chose textile and surface design. i hadn’t studied textiles before - not even in school, i just took art GCSE and A-Level alongside my other studies. i got into all my choices of university without doing an art foundation (which just shows they want to make money out of you). all i showed was passion a dedication and i’ve done just fine! x
