@limstudies
Real proud of myself these last few days. Here's some of what I got done while I felt like not even getting out of bed 💀
Trying to work out a work schedule for this week.
We're starting one of the mandatory group assignments this week, and I've never talked to the my other group members. I'm trying to stay positive and type out a message for them, to start us off since no one else has done it yet, but it's tough with my social anxiety 😅
Getting ready for the zoom lecture tomorrow🥰
Just received an email from my teacher, apparently we're starting early, so I'll be switching my own plans for this!
This week has been tough, I'm two chapters behind, but other than that I'm happy with what I've done!
Here are some of my notes this week !
I skipped the summary of one chapter last night, so I've added it to my to-do list for today. Which means I've basically got four chapters today. Which is too much, honestly, but it is what it is..
The fall semester doesn't start until September 2nd, but I struggled a lot this spring, so as soon as I got my book I planned out how to get a head start.
I mapped out all of August (except for Saturdays+Sundays) to get through the entire book.
This way, in stead of jumping straight from summer vacation and into my studies, I could get a head start on the curriculum and get a smoother transition. If I skip a day during this time it's not gonna be the end of the world, because it's just extra work that I assigned myself.
Honestly I hadn't thought I would manage to keep it up, but here I am; it's August 19th and I'm still on top of things! I'm really proud of myself actually, so much that my family is probably sick of hearing me talk about it. But this has given me new hope for this fall, and shown me that I'm more capable of doing this than what I thought initially.
