I opened this '07 CdP on Monday and it was tightly wound with tart fruit. After recorking and refrigerating the remaining half bottle for 3 days, it had relaxed and softened but kept its ripe fruit and composure.

Oh yeah, and this. Just gorgeous.

And this. Comes in Magnum only. Muscular and tightly wound, even 2 days after opening.

Drank this too. Layers and layers of cocoa and dried cherry flavor.

Drank this fucking Merlot on my birthday: '05 Switchback Ridge - Napa - Peterson Family Vineyard. Delish.
