Its like been in a box with no windows or doors.. Its like I'm screaming so loud but no one can hear me, My knees are on the ground, If I've hit rock bottom, the only way is up, But I'm under water with a brick around my neck, Cant really stand so I guess I cant fall, What can I do... I've failed, I've fallen, I'm beneath the sea, Eyes wide open... Can barely breathe, Just take one step... But my feet are numb.. I'm trapped by my mind, By my self doubt and lack of confidence.. No options, time is running out... Do or die

I'm a mess

So life is getting difficult, but what can I do?! Feel trapped... Head just barely bobbing above the water... I have loads of friends and family that cares but how can I go to them and look like a failure... Especially since my mum and dad are going through a terrible time... I mean I'm a grown up.. I'm 31... I gotta deal with own shit... I have two kids and to be honest if I didn't have them I would b on my arse somewhere... My chest is covered in hives from stress... I hope this is rock bottom cos that means the only way is up!
