I want to take more intimate photos of friends. Not specifically ones of them naked or in their underwear, but ones where you can see their emotions, one where you can truly feel how either they or i felt at the time, or even maybe both of us. I don’t want some cheesy “lets pretend that everything is nice and I’m smiling for this picture” shit. But if they’re smiling, I really want to see the happiness, I want to feel the warmth inside me when looking at the photo.

I have one photo of an old lover that someone said that you can truly see how we felt about each other at the time, and I think about that all the time.
