♠ — It was just another typical day for the little ten year old boy, hunting wild animals and training in the forest, playing with his little brother who had seemed to wander off again and ofcourse making sure no one trespassed into their forest. Yes theirs, it was theirs because they lived in it, simple logic for a young boy his age.
Spotting a quite unfamiliar man, Ace stopped, pipe held firmly in hand, usual offensive attitude, however there was something about this guy that made him hesitate for a moment, blinking at the person before him. Maybe it was the strawhat, or the scar beneath his eye or the same innocent look in his eyes that resembled his little brother all too much.
Wasting no time, he was quick to begin his questioning. "Who are you? How do you know my name and why do you have Lu’s hat?" he asked glaring him, with what was meant to be a threatening look.
He doesn’t really understand what was going on and it didn’t help very much when the other started asking his questions. It was just getting more and more confusing. He didn’t recognize him. But he seems to know him thinking about his last question. "That’s my hat" he pouted at the same time. He was Lu. It was his hat.
"And I know you ‘cause you’re my brother in some.. strange way? Don’t know." He blinked again, scratching his head. It was a strange situation and in this case it wasn’t fun or so. ‘Cause somehow it hurts to see Ace like this. As a child. He doesn’t understand this and still..
This was Ace, wasn’t he? His big brother? But how was that possible?
"I’m Monkey D. Luffy. I gonna be pirate king. Stupid Ace not recognize his brother."
♠ —Was this man trying to make a fool out of him? Coming here and claiming to be his little brother, there was no way this was Luffy, Luffy was a little 7 year old boy.
His raven brows crossed as an obvious frown spread along his freckled face. "You're not my brother" he claimed it as a matter of fact. "My brother is a kid"
He then gripped his metal pipe firmer indicating that things would get violent and ugly if the other didn't give him a satisfying explanation soon. "Luffy's gonna become the pirate king but you're not him" he stated. "Stop messing with me, who the hell are you?"
