Introduction post ig!
You can call me Emmy, I’m 25 but I regress between 2-7 years old. My regression is largely voluntary, and I discovered it earlier this year as a result of burnout. I am autistic and verbal, but began having episodes of being unable to speak due to stress and overstimulation. I began regressing purposely as a coping mechanism to experience childlike wonder, play, and things I enjoyed as a kid in my spare time. I do not have a caregiver, and no one in my real life knows I regress. The other regressors I’ve seen online have been so kind and sweet, so I wanted to put myself out there to make friends and find community!
I love Webkinz, coloring, any show with puppets (Bear in the Big Blue House, Sesame Street, the Muppets), and giving my stuffed animals personalities.
