This was a particularly childish moment for Kerria, or at least, she felt a little childish. A large quantity of Pokemon stickers were spread out on the coffee table in the living room, and the blonde sat on her bum just before them all. She’d always had a thing for stickers —- maybe due to the nostalgia of simply holding them. Their scent. The pure and utter joy she felt from looking at them. And yet, years later, she still couldn’t use them. They’d been sitting in a box for a while, that had been tucked in a blue backpack that Kerria hadn’t opened since her brother broke her out of the hospital and brought her to the house. But now they were out and breathing, and the ghost was happy enough to just be looking at them.
Off in a corner of the living room, Leo sat on the floor discreetly playing with the army men ( now worn and dirty ) that Violet had gifted him two Christmases ago. All strategically placed as if a miniature war were actually taking place. The game had kept his focus for the last hour or so; blissfully, he’d been tuning out his surroundings --- it was when the blonde’s warm breeze brushed him that his attention had finally been diverted.
A small lift of his head, chocolate brown hues followed the trail back to find the tip of the spirit’s head bouncing at the couch. He shifted slightly to get a better look, before standing altogether; quiet steps as he approached and peered over the girl’s head to see what all the excitement was about. He was curious. It wasn’t every day such an upbeat aura came into play, after all --- having been sensing mostly fear and anxiety around him, it was refreshing.
Sights down on the table, Leo cocked a curious brow upon seeing the little colorful things sprawled out across it --- a more so amused expression looking back to her now. Why was she so excited about a bunch of Pokémon stickers? He wanted to find out. Moving around the couch to face her, the small brunette glanced back down to the stickers before gesturing to them.

There’s nothing I’d love more than to see her chased by a Rex or two.Push off a bridge: The name rings a bell, pretty sure we’ve had a run in. » never again. || leo & kevin
Kevin’s head had been pounding for a good few hours now. He had kept his middle fingers pressed upon his temples trying to soothe the pounding that had been occurring for weeks now, possibly months. It usually was just a subtle throb, but today was different for some reason. The realistic part of him argued that he needed to go inside and get a huge glass of water, that he was probably dehydrated, but even as he was thinking about walking into the house he shook his head. He had been tempting fate way too much in the past week.
For the week he had been back he had tried his best to not go into that house, not go searching for a few people that he didn’t really know what to say if he saw them. Spencer seemed to be giving him space, which part of him appreciated and a part of him didn’t. He wanted to yell and scream at Spencer for what happened. He wanted to ask Spencer how he died and why he didn’t say anything to him. Most of all he had so many questions about everything that seemed so supernatural to real life and he guessed Spencer could give him those answers, but he just wasn’t ready to face his big brother and ask him all those questions. He was worried that he never would be and that he would never be able to face him.
Ana was the other spirit he tried to hide from, and maybe she was more than any other. Ana…in the early mornings when he woke up and the early sun made everything seem calm and peaceful and lovely he would see her face in his mind and he would smile. He knew he still loved her, it was stupid to try and bury those feelings, but what would happen now? Being in love with a spirit…that just didn’t seem normal, and how could it be any kind of normal? If he found her and confessed his love what would happen? Ana…she might not even want him now that he knew. And if she did…would he grow old while she stayed her age? It shouldn’t matter, but it would. He didn’t know how to act with Ana just yet.
The only other person he was hesitant to see was Leo. When he got back to the house he figured that Spencer and Ana probably knew he was back and let him be alone for a while. He didn’t think Leo would be that way, but he hadn’t seen any evidence of Leo, which seemed weird. He was surprisingly the most hurt with Leo’s absence than any others because he couldn’t explain his nephew’s.
The throbbing threatened to leave Kevin on his knees. He stumbled towards the hose and turned on the water. It came out slowly, but he slurped at it until he didn’t think he could gulp down anymore. He took a breath and tried to take in the cold night air. It was late and he couldn’t think of anything more to do to soothe the headache than lying down and sleeping so he stumbled to Spencer’s van. He opened the front door and looked around, making sure he was alone. He climbed in and closed the door, laying down in the front seat. Within minutes he was lying on his back, right arm acting as a pillow and left dragging on the dirty floor. Sleep came as a long lost friend.
Mindlessly combing his fingers through the dirt as he kept crouched, unseen behind the bushes, Leo remained vigilant and composed even as inside he was excited and restless, realizing just how SOON his plan would completely pan out. Wide, dark eyes following him as he drank the water from the hose and then stumbled across the lawn to the van --- like a predator following its prey, he perched his head as his uncle climbed in and shut the door behind him. Then, the eleven year old became still; fingers pausing in the dirt, he simply froze.
It was true. He hadn’t allowed Kevin to see him once for the duration of his time back... but he’d most definitely been watching him, and he’d noticed just how distant and apprehensive he’d become. Had Spencer even realized Kevin was refusing to enter the house? Dehydrating himself in so? No. No, probably not. But Leo did. It was so obvious that his dad was trying to push Kevin away. Leo was all too familiar with the program, and Spencer was already on step three: distance. Should write a ‘how-to’, truly… if his dad was any good at writing. It was only a matter of time that his uncle would pick up on this and leave (for good this time), but Leo refused to give him that chance. This wasn’t about his dad or even Kevin, for that matter, it was about him. Throughout his existence he felt he’d lost so many he held so dear, those most important to him --- his mother, Winnie, hell he hadn’t even seen Jared around for months it seemed, and the blame fell on Spencer. His dad had a way of pushing people out of his life whether he knew it or not, and in so, out of Leo’s; the tyke WASN’T going to allow Kevin to be pushed out as well. All that was going through his mind was the plan: operation never again. For he loved his uncle, truly. Adored him. If he was to be stuck in this house for the rest of his existence, he wanted… or rather needed Kevin to be there with him.
About an hour had passed before Leo had moved a single muscle; lids flickered finally as that minute hit, and in an instant, he ghosted from his spot and appeared just outside the passenger side window. Dark brown hues laying down on his sleeping uncle --- a confirmation he was truly out for the night before the small spirit appeared inside the vehicle, just behind the front seat, and slowly began reaching down to place his hand on Kevin’s side.
Gently, the tyke came in contact with Kevin’s t-shirt and immediately teleported the two from the van down into the basement. His uncle appeared laying flat on the cold concrete where Leo was already standing and on his way over to an old-fashioned furnace. Approaching the large metal object, the small spirit sported a blank expression as he opened the metal door and observed its innards --- still as dusty and unkempt as before. It was a small space; for someone as tall and as Kevin, he’d be a bit cramped, but he’d fit. From what he’d learned from the other inhabitants in the basement the thing had to be flipped on by a switch, so all Leo needed now was to get Kevin’s body inside.
Walking back over to his sleeping uncle, Leo rested his wide, chocolate brown eyes down on him --- a small twitch in the corner of his mouth before he reached down to take Kevin’s hand. Ghosting the two over, Kevin into the container and him just outside it, before he released his hand and took a few steps back. Telepathically he shut the door, lowering the latch to seal it, and ghosted over to the switch to flip it on.
The thing started up with a rattle; quiet at first, though a LOUD rumble was emitted into the quiet basement air a minute after that had Leo jumping back. He cringed, covering his ears as he watched it come to life. Within the container, a row of flames appeared, starting at Kevin’s feet --- then another, and another, one at a time. Leo slowly began to lower his hands, watching the machine curiously before moving around and back to the entrance to find Kevin behind the small glass window of the metal door. To burn alive... unpleasant, probably, but Leo thought his uncle would appreciate going out that way. Kevin loved fire, after all.

( @teenburn0ut )
ᴘᴏssᴇssɪᴠᴇ /pəˈzesiv/ adj. demanding someone’s total attention and love.
Eight months. For eight months Kevin had been gone. Eight months Leo had been given to be angry, upset, and lonely, to lash out at anyone and everyone around him because why did they deserve to be happy when he wasn’t? Where’d he been when his uncle had decided to split, hm? Did Kevin not realize that the call wasn’t his alone to make? If anything it was Leo’s decision, and Leo had already decided that Kevin was NEVER allowed to leave the property --- not unless he could leave with him.
Of course Spencer was at the top of ‘the blame list’ for Kevin’s sudden and untimely disappearance. He’d been the one to sign him up for school after all, giving his uncle permission to vacate the premises for eight hours a day, he’d probably been the one to drive Kevin away this time, too --- and it definitely didn’t help his case when he chose to keep him in the dark about the whole situation. Leo wasn’t an idiot, just the spawn of one; he was bound to connect the dots and discover the truth sooner or later.
But what really gave it away was when he kept getting a different answer from Spencer each time the question had been asked: ‘Where’s Kevin?’ --- the last, most simple, being: ‘He’ll come back soon’. Well ‘soon’ wasn’t SOON enough. Days had gone by, weeks, and still there’d been no sign of his uncle. It didn’t take long for Leo to come to the conclusion that Kevin had skedaddled and may never come back… and that hurt. It hurt because Kevin was his mentor, his uncle, his best friend. Compared to Spencer, he was the only family member Leo felt mentally compatible with. They were like kindred spirits; he wasn’t allowed to just up and leave.
It’d been about a week or so since Kevin had gotten back, but it’d been months that Leo had been planning, watching, waiting. The opportunity presented itself TONIGHT; his dad had chosen to spend it in the library with Violet, and Kevin looked to be heading towards the van alone. It was time. Keeping invisible, off in the bushes, Leo watched at a distance as his uncle seemed to be walking across the front lawn. Quietly, patiently, he kept at bay, waiting for him to enter the van --- and then for hours he’d wait. To pull this off successfully, he required patience; Kevin would have to be asleep.

do the sexy love™ with: Sleeper, obviously.
sacrifice myself for: Olivia. I don’t think she’d want me to, but I’d do it anyway.
kick: Spencer. I feel like I probably have before. And if I haven’t, I probably should.
take to prom: Jacob, I guess.
abandon in jurassic park: Leo. Only because I think he’d have a great time, assuming he doesn’t get eaten by a T-rex, or something.
push off a bridge: Sawyer.
His body fell limp to the gravitational pull that ha just been placed on him, dazed eyes drifting from object to object, but somehow always returning to the blue of the Californian sky. For some reason, he liked this feeling, even if it was small. He felt somewhat free, even if he was more trapped than he could ever be. The blunt had grown on him, making him feel not as wary of it as he had been before. Who could feel opposed to this level of freedom?
His eyes caught sight of the boy mimicking his earlier actions, and a small, encouraging smile graced his lips. Though, it probably looked more like how a dog would grin at you after you rub his tummy in just the right spot. “It feels funny, right?”
Chocolate brown hues keeping down on the other boy as the drug began to tickle the tiny little nerves in his face; Leo zoned out. A sudden curve of his lip, nose twitch, brow perk --- all subtle but noticeable, before his sights drifted up and across the lawn toward nothing in particular.
“ Yeah… ” Leo replied several minutes after, almost sounding disappointed. Was this it? The only thing Leo was feeling was the inability to keep focus on one thing... and by it, he was becoming irritated... for a moment, at least --- a small furrow of his brows, but in the next he was thinking about chocolate burritos. If this was all ‘getting high’ entailed, it was completely overrated.

abandon in jurassic park: just for the mere fact that i know damn well he’d find a way to kill one of those fuckers— leo
push off a bridge: jaime— what can i say? i barely know him.
“… Crap.” It was all that could come to the ten year old’s mind. Taking a moment to really comprehend what the other boy was saying, he complied, letting gravity take over. Suddenly, the sky was his new sight.
Dark brown hues following Kaden as he toppled over, Leo’s lips parted as his expression held that of curiosity. For a few seconds, he simply sat there and studied the other young male. After watching how many times Spencer had gotten stoned, weed didn’t look all that appealing to Leo. What’d finally reeled him in was the fact that the drug (intended for the living) seemed to affect spirits the same way... like food; one could eat it, alive or dead, and feel full. Curious, he decided to conduct a little experiment --- and Kaden was yet another who’d proven his theory to be true. Better yet, he was a kid, like him, who’d never smoked before. Eyes shifting back down to the joint, the small brunette turned his hand and slowly brought it up, finally deciding to try it for himself. It only took a few minutes for the drug to kick in. Sights falling back to the other boy again as he lowered the little rolled up thing, expression questioning the curious sensation he was feeling as he allowed himself to focus on Kaden.
