↳ Are you lost..? “

“Maybe” Gittel hesitantly said towards the stranger since she’s never met him before. Truth be told that she was indeed, lost. However, as she peered around the landscape it felt to be a lot safer than where she once lived.
Gittel’s hands griped the water bottle cap as she tried to pry it open. Unfortunately, her tiny hands wouldn’t allow her secure a tight enough hold. Peering around, she heard a stranger approach which would be a good opportunity for her to ask for assistance. “Excuse me...” She softly whispered towards the figure. Hopefully she said it loud enough for them to respond back.
Starter Call;
{ This is a small starter call for anyone interested in a small mini from this tiny four year old. I would suggest reading the ‘About Me’ page before liking or you may always message me as well. There are some trigger warnings concerning her background, for example, TW: death. To be honest, this is the first time I’ve brought this baby into the Indie world since she use to be a part of a platform. I’m hoping to gain some new friends for Gittle and myself. }

“Don’t go...”
Gittel panicked, she wanted someone to stay with her and say ‘you’ll be fine’. Lately she’s been fearful that everyone will just depart, leave her. And, she knows that that sometimes people will part, but that’s ok... because sometimes it’s meant to be. However, it still hurts.
“I don’t want to be alone right now... please, don’t leave.”
She’s still scared,
of being alone...
of this city...

Oichi tilts her head at the new pronounced manner of her name. It does not come to bother her, rather it instills in slight a smile upon her face at the funny way she hears it. Oichi rises from her position, though perhaps at that moment as a pool of darkness appears beneath her. It would come to scare the child, she did not think on it. As if the hands did not pour out from the gate to lift Oichi off from the floor, she would not be able to get up. Still, the moment that Oichi rose from her position they’d come to disperse. Her own hand, reaching out towards the other.
❝ …. Are you hungry? ❞
“A little bit.”
Gittel answered the kind lady’s question. The toddler didn’t have her parents or a job(because of her age). So, the only way she got food was doing some chores for a neighbor and that doesn’t happen every day. Although, her roommates sometime provide her something to eat, but that was only because they felt pity for the young survivor.
She didn’t mind though, Gittel was used to surviving on the minimal amount of nutritions.
“Are you hungry?”
Mini Event: PRODEGRESSION, {His Will}
The display was disturbing, to say the least. Out of nowhere, the poor child had begun screeching in terror, begging someone who wasn’t there to cease whatever torment they haunted her with. Something which made her shake to the very core; such a painful sight to behold. It could only be the tip of the iceberg in comparison to living through whatever hellish experience plagued her.
Hands gently inched forward; not seizing hold of her shoulders, lest it terrify her further, but opened themselves up. Misaki descended onto a single knee, putting the two of them on a more even level. “Hey… i- it’s alright. No-one’s going to hurt you”.
Spoken with a gentle tone; no matter what changes might have been taking place within her, what transition from new to told, the sight of a child in turmoil would pull at her heartstrings regardless. It but a whisper that the reassurance would cover the minuscule distance between them.
“Whoever it is who hurt you, they’re not here. You’re safe, I’ll look out for any bad people”.
“I know... I know... I know...”
Gittel repeated, she didn’t know what was going on. But, she did know that there was no one here from her past that was hurting her. The memories alone caused her pain. She’s worked so hard, burying them deep behind her smile and joyful comments. That’s how she’s dealt with the loss of her people and homeland, (even though she still thinks they’re alive).
But, now they’re forcefully resurfacing and Gittel can’t deal with them.
“My mind... Monsters... in my head!”
She sobbed between words.
a little christmas story
Frey chuckles a little at the remark of ‘his kitty helping him’. If it was only like that… but I guess it has its own little charm now, huh? He crouches down to have a better look at her drawing, whilst handing out the clumsy-looking gift to her. A bunch of pink paper wrapped around a soft little plush dog. He recalled how she said that she likes puppies the most, when they first met.
Right now though, Frey is sincerely touched by Gittel’s drawing.
“Thank you, it is really beautiful. I’ll make sure to find a nice place for it.” He’s picking up a book (his logbook, actually) and puts the drawing inside. That way, it won’t get any folds or falling victim to Slag, until he finds a place to hang it up.
Frey is aware that being a parent for her is going to be a challenge. If not the biggest one in his life. He barely has his own life under control. Now he’s got another to look for. But this time— this time you’re making it right… “What are you usually doing here, in Hive City?”
“I usually roam around and make new friends.”
Gittel answered her friend's question while opening the gift he got her for Christmas. The young child told him that she didn’t need anything for the holidays, but she was secretly really happy to get something. It’s been a while since she’s got a gift. The four year old can only recall one gift given to her when she was at home and that’s her red jacket.
A gift from her father...
Little Chill pulled out the stuffed puppy and made a cute little squealing noise as she held it close to her heart.
“I love it!”
She exclaimed while thinking of a name to give her new toy.
“Ahahaha!”
A broad laugh escapes the android as he stands at the edge sidewalk, watching cars go by at awkward intervals with an avid fascination. As if he’s never really seen one before, almost.
“What’s going on? There are people in those, right? Oh, I don’t even remember what they’re called–uh, cams? Carts? Something! But I don’t remember them moving like that!”
At which point he jabs his finger out at one in particular, watching as it goes by, almost as if it were stuck in molasses instead of on pavement.

“OH, I know this answer.”
Gittel frowned, tapping her chin. These objects were very popular in this city and was a great way to travel. She’s heard someone talk about them before, but the child has never actually been in one of those four wheeled machines.
“I think they’re called cars.”
—✕ █ ▌It is with the eyes and ears of a parent that the sobs are registered. The child is not his own flesh and blood, of course, but she is still a lonesome thing, undeserving of being without a father’s touch or mother’s embrace. Easy to pity, she is, even in the eyes of a pragmatic individual such as Loghain.
He sinks to an opportune vantage point, looking as straight into the girl’s eyes as he could. When he speaks, the tone is even and calm, the whispered tones used when speaking to a scared child. How accustomed he is to this, though it has been such a long, long time. Even so, he is fortunate enough to have bandages on him.
❝My daughter would always skin her knees when she was about your age. I consider myself an expert at fixing things up.❞ He pulls the bandages out of his pack with an almost wry look about him. ❝Stay still and you’ll be good as new, hm?❞
“Is it going to hurt?”
Gittel quietly ask, fearful of the man’s response. She didn’t want to feel anymore pain, then she already did. It’s already bad that there was blood on her knee, but now the stranger is going to touch it.
The young toddler looks down at the mans hands as he pulls some sort of object out of his pack. She’s never seen bandages before. Her family used old clothes or anything available and if they had the ability to receive wine or alcohol that would be used to keep the wound from getting affected. But, that’s only if something terrible happened, for example, someone gets shot. For a skinned knee, she would have just wiped away the blood and went on with her day.
Curiosity got the best of her though, so she asked,
“What are those?”
【★】”Huh…. really? All my Pops told me was that if I quit baseball I’d go nowhere in life.” There seems to be a bit of a difference in their fathers. Anywho, that wasn’t really the main focus here. Biting on the inside of his cheek, that seemed to be the problem with his thoughts. “That’s the thing. ‘m not sure people really care enough to do anythin’. I mean, I never had big celebrations back home, but– I dunno.”
Gittel frowned, surly the stranger had some friends. Everyone had friends, right? She didn’t really understand the concept of not being able to socialize with others. Gittel has almost always been a cheerful toddler that enjoyed making friends (except the time she died... in her past Citta life).
Being friendly and joyful was her way of clouding up the terrible memories she had.
“If you want I can hang out with you on your birthday. We could color or play at the park.”

“Ok… Ok… I just need to calm down… Caalm down. Everything’s aaalright.” He tried to reassure himself, though it’s not helping him calm his breathing down. Just a second ago he was pointing a gun at the one he used to call ‘brother’ and-. Thinking about it just makes it worse…
“No- no! First off, no one’s pointing a gun at me right now, I’m not pointing a gun at anyone, and- ugh… Everything’s just so weird and yet looks really familiar. I-I can make it through this… I just need to find the nearest town militia and- and… No I’ll still be lost.” He didn’t even know where he was right now. He falls to the ground and covers his face in frustration. “I need help…” He mutters to himself. Though he’d never admit this sort of thing in front of his men, his men weren’t there. So he could at least indulge himself for once. His thoughts are interrupted by a tiny girl coming up to him.
Oh no he acted like that in front of someone anyways. “…Sorry I’m out of my game right now- what?” What the heck was that!? Out of his game? That barely made any sense. “…I don’t even know what I just said. What’s wrong with me?” He mutters to himself clutching his face with his hands.

Monsters are everywhere...
At the beginning of life Gittel has faced trouble. Her people were being kept like caged animals and as a result of the conditions it was hard to bring a new life into the picture. Her parents loved her regardless of the outcome, but knew it wouldn’t be easy for the young girl. After all, their people are slowly starving and need salvation from the Germans. Mr. and Mrs. Chill did their part in the community and aided their neighbors. They provided them with comfort and peace, even in difficult time of war. Gittel’s parents' goal was to make sure everyone had a smile on their face even when it seemed like happiness was no longer an option.
To Gittel the Getto wasn’t a cage, it was home. A place of peace and comfort. The food she received, rations.....were more than enough (for her size) and she played and learned like every other child. She didn’t know that her people, her parents struggled because all she saw was the smile on their faces. And, even though the reality of the situation became clear the night that her people were taken by force, she tried to keep a smile on her face, here in Citta. Because, that’s what her ma and pa would have wanted.
The unknown voice shook her,
“Hello?”
Gittel called out and went looking for the troubled soul. She could hear that he was dealing with something. The four year old could understand that feeling because she’s been re-living her memories as well. She came upon a young man who struggled to gain composure.
“Don’t worry, sir, you’re safe now.”

“This is no place for a mere child.”
The mere sight of her – regardless of the innocent tremor of her existence through the Force – brought painful memories to mind. Lost hope. Recollections Vader swiped away with mechanical coldness. “What could you possibly have to offer?” His words were uttered harshly, the robot nature of his voice echoing the brutality in his very stance; yet who knew, despite the fear he wrought so easily, what pain may have resonated within his own mangled self.
What could she offer?
This wasn’t the first time Gittel has seen a robot (or what appeared to be) so the child wasn’t frightened. However, she was a wee bit worried about the newcomer. He seemed to be on edge which could be expected, of course. However, something else seemed to be off.
“I can be your friend.”
