Hello, ive been a regresser for about a month so im kinda new to this. I was wondering if I could have some advice. When I regress, its mostly involentary. It happens from time to time in front of my family. My family doesnt know, no one knows I regress. Is there a way to safely hide what little gear I have? ( paci's mainly) My mom likes to snoop through my stuff and doesnt really care for privacy or knocking. Thank you for listening to a new little who can't tell her family.

If you have stuffed animals you can make a hole in the stitching and put Velcro , fake books also work for me !

I have the feeling that I’m little but I’m not sure I was wondering if there are any ways to determine if you are a little or not

I don't think there is a right or wrong way to be a little.

But I guess if you get comfort from/otherwise enjoy acting younger than your actual age or you slip into a head space that makes you act that way you are probably a little.

For some people it is a choice (like a hobby) and for other people it just happens because it helps their brain cope with stress.

Both are valid experiences.

First of all, your stuffies don't hate you. The great thing about them is that they love you unconditionally and are pretty much your friend till the end.

Secondly, you could always try to make sure they are comfy while they are waiting for you by wrapping them up in a little blanket.

Hello, I am a little, though I don't feel very little due to my strength and endurance. Are littles allowed to have muscles and be strong? I just want to be me, but I have fears that someone will call me fake due to my natural build which I can't control.

Having a Little Who is Mute Means…

Understanding how they communicate and learning it for yourself (ex. If they use sign language, learning sign language)

Learning their nonverbal expressions of love and emotions

Never, ever, forcing or pressuring them to speak

Carrying around paper and pens

Learning their ways of getting your attention

Comforting them if someone yells at or makes fun of them

Only asking simple yes or no questions if they become overwhelmed

Sometimes having to talk for them in social situations

🍼🍭 How to be subtly little when your family is around 🍼🍭

🍼 Instead of sippy cups, use straws! You can get some cute ones for cheap without being ‘weird’ or raising suspicion. (Bonus: get some reusable straws for special environment points)

🍭 If you know they won’t mind, have someone in your family do small favors for you that make you feel little! Things like peeling an orange for you, helping you pick out an outfit, even drawing you a bath! Speaking of…

🍼 Have a bubble bath! Maybe with a colorful bath bomb! These are ‘normal’ things that won’t give you away, but you can still be super little while enjoying them. (Bonus: add some rubber duckies for some extra fun)

🍭 Wear onesies! Plenty of ‘adult’ onesies with little-ish designs on them exist, and who could blame you for having comfy jammies?

🍼 Watch some cartoons or Disney movies that you used to watch when you were younger! You could always say you’re just doing it for the nostalgia, and they may even join in! (Bonus: listening to Disney music is less conspicuous than lullabies and little kids songs)

🍭 If you’re ever feeling nonverbal, just tell your family that you have a sore throat. Then you can go the whole day talking with your hands like the little you are!!!

Are there any signs that someone is a little or do I just read too much into things? I have a small feeling that my partner is a little. Assuming my guess is correct and they are, I should wait until they feel comfortable enough to tell me right?

I'm not sure I can help you with the signs thing but yes you should wait for them to feel comfortable showing that side about themselves , in the mean time show them stuff maybe to show that you are not opposed to such things and make it so that they feel safe , but really waiting is your best bet :)

Um so I wanna know why some people make fun of littles. No one knows about me having a little side because they would make fun of me. I have multiple personalities that are all me but not me at the same time, and one of them is little so that's where I go when I'm upset because I can be happy there. I wanna meet more littles like myself so we could talk while in little space and stuff so I won't feel so alone, but I'm afraid to even tell anyone.

People tend to make fun I've everyone that is different my dear, I'd suggest that you just be yourself and live your best life doing what you love to do and what makes you feel good! People are going to judge no matter what so just be yourself because at the end of the day you are the one going to bed happy and you are the one living true to yourself.
