Love them while you have them
Yesterday was a tough day. We lost my Uncle to complications of a seizure brought on from previous head injuries. He was only 51 years old and in as good health as he could be. He truly lived his life to the limits. He rode motorcycles with friends and family, traveled to Sturgis, went hunting with my other uncles, and enjoyed his time with all his loved one’s. He leaves behind a wife, 3 daughters, a son and a granddaughter.
Growing up he was one of my favorite uncle’s. He would play with me and take me places. I remember him pulling me around the park in a wagon and he was always so great with all the kids of the family. He and my aunt were in many of my funnest childhood memories growing up.
Thankfully he found Jesus and had a relationship with him, which I contribute to my Aunt becoming a Christian. She led her family toward God and I am so thankful that he was able to have this relationship with God before he was called home.
He lived his life to the fullest, was a risk taker and a few times experienced tragedy that probably should have taken his life then but I believe that God knew he would come to him and he kept him with us until he did. I know he is in Heaven now with his Mother and our loved one’s who have passed before him.
I will forever love and miss him and the lack of his presence will be noticed but I know he will forever live in our hearts. My heart hurts that we will not be able to hear his voice, laugh at his jokes and experience his amazing laugh. I know he is whole with our Father in Heaven now though and he is in no pain.
Faith in knowing there is something for us is what helps get us through these tough times. Thankful for my family showing us a relationship with Christ.
The three C’s in life: Choice, Chance and Change. You must make the choice to take the chance if you want anything in life to change.

Everybody isn’t going to love you. Most people don’t even love themselves.

If you hurt, cheat and lie to the ones who have your back and best interests at heart, you are doing the majority of the harm to yourself. There’s nothing out here for you to be treating people like they’re disposable. Good genuine people are fucking rare.
