Wikipedia describes parallax as: "an apparent displacement or difference of orientation of an object viewed along two different lines of sight, and is measured by the angle or semi-angle of inclination between those two lines." Here is one of the websites that i used to help me if i ever came across any challenges in my work.
These are the two panoramic which i used in my piece. These were taken in Rome last summer. From the original images as you can see they are clear and well put together through using an iPhone panoramic photo setting.
These are three out of the sixteen images that i picked for my summative. It represents the way in which i see things whilst mainly focusing on the foreground being in focus with the depth of field being blurred and distorted.
This is how my opening sequence of my project was created. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the film clip image. I deliberately made it look old fashioned as it makes it more captivating and interesting. It is made up of layers of a black box, white rectangles, negative film typography effect and then a vintage film with half opacity to make the film look older.
This is going to help me create an old fashioned cinema flicker. I want to use this effect as it animates my opening and closing credits a bit further than just using the negative film idea. This will hopefully be more interesting to look at and more effective for the opening and closing sequence.
