And seemed to not work with one person who was so so so mega mega mega enthusiastic about going to clubs and concerts and trips with his mates that was in his words “Sick” (very mature for an old man) it definitely did not make sense. But it made a whole lot of sense to suit another…

He definitely refers to him self as such lol…listens to the rat pack prefers staying home. I don’t think you would see him dancing it up with his friends in a club, pretending to deep throat a beer bottle like we saw the adjacent the journalist alluded it to.
Anyway just a little bit of fun…oh and to the Jakola who keep lurking and asking for more proof and videos of Nic and JD because they wanted more comparisons I mean are you for real…there is no way I need to prove anything to you. Go and find a Nicake TL to obsess over.
I have had asks and a few new followers many of which are new to the Lukola fandom….or have been silent and have just started to be active. So this post is for you. And it is also very good to reminisce on some of the insane fandom moments from the last 2years that had kept us here.
It is a long one so buckle up….
Now the OG Lukola will remember the stories about Nic going to see Luke at TSOT. The same stories of him being overly excited about her going and her in his dressing room…ect. And very PINK lips the same shade as Nics..
When the photos dropped fandom went into meltdown. Especially when Luke reposted and commented with Lovexx. Nic also saved a video of an OG Lukola doing a stitch with the pic talking about them as a couple. And that was it I was IN!!
Now we are talking about the insane moments right? Ok so yep we were convinced that Lukola were an item and HBS and rumours of NYE and the toilet twerker started to emerge with the 🐜 posting all sorts of weird and ridiculous insinuating posts including a stalker like video of Luke at the “1975”. Which we later researched and saw that it looked like Nic was there aswell, 🐜 filmed Luke and Nic ( we believe) from a different section and posted it.
In Feb 24 we had BAFTA Netflix party with pic of Nic and Luke looking well let’s just say caught? And audio of a conversation at a fashion event between Aimee and Nic talking about a man “He is just so kind, I mean it is just so easy with him”. Aimee chimed in saying“Yes and he loves you”.
Tour begins and you have the Valentine Day event in NYC where Nic says “That’s why I love you” to Luke (in the middle of an interview) Following just before they left for the WT the live event where Luke was oh so very unhinged and even though they had a whole couch sat pretty much on each others laps.
The WT continued very much like that with Luke unable to hide his adoration for Nic, both expressing professional jealousy, Luke having no concept of personal space, the body language was dripping with unhinged chemistry. In Australia someone asked the reporters “did Luke drink nics tea? The response was yes but that’s ok they are in love. In Aus we also had Selfies of Nic in her hotel room with reflection of a large man lying her bed and Luke’s shoes on the floor. This is also the first time we saw the Polaroid on her phone of her and Luke (which stayed on the back of it for nearly 8 months).
In London a fan asked the Journalist if there was any awkwardness between them and his answer was “the only thing I am getting is love and sexiness”. In Canada the reporter as she walked into the suite commented that she heard them laughing together and it was hard not to believe that these two were not in love.
Brazil 🇧🇷! Was the stop of dreams it was not just the atmosphere, the party and the people of Brazil, it was the change in demeanour of Nic and Luke. There was a man spreading kind of aura around Luke you could not explain except he was answering questions with more confidence where Nic was all giggles. They were sharing cups and spoons and the eye fucking was insane. Then the pics and sightings started to flow. Late night walks on the beach spending times in each others room (a lot) and being caught in the hallway.
Ireland and Galway….🥹Meeting the family…drinking Guiness with her brother in law. Meeting her mum at the premiere her sister in law crying and snapping her fingers, Nic crying and getting emotional. And then picking up THE RING 💍 that we were told was designed on the WT with S3 in mind. The hands that hold the heart are bespoke and have rings on their fingers that mirror to that of Luke. A very important stop in the WT not to mention nexflix also did a special of Nic in Galway like I mean.
Post WT we were reeling from Papgate…I mean none of it made sense…after what everyone heard and saw on the WT…the ring and looking like they did at Part 2 prem no one expected what we got.
So let the dumb fuckery begin. Luke got the most incredible hate….and they both got heat for trying to sell a story to the fans to promote S3. It blew up.
Straight after though….in July Luke went on fallon…mentions the body guard that accompanied him and Nic on the walk (he even posted the pic of the 7ft bodyguard with him and Nic ). And the most classic line ever is “Nicola, my co-star was in Barbie so, I can be the Ken for her” when referring to Nic being in barbie. It is also rumoured and pretty much confirmed that Nic was still in NYC at this time filming for Kate Spade. (So receipts match that she more than likely was there)
But nothing made sense during this time the 🐜 started actively rage baiting the fandom and when hate was thrown at Nic, twerks mom was seen supporting it and then came the insinuating posts and the great SM clean out. 🐜 sm was scrubbed and so was Luke’s. The leech started following Luke to the season fashion events but fans started noticing that he did not acknowledge her and in a crowd it was Holly who comforted him while she stalked off in front posing for the camera. 🐜 and the SoHo crowd went to BMW GQ hero’s event but as staff for 23 captured. But BMW hated the footage and did not use it. 🐜 was listed as staff and again everyone noticed the awkwardness and weird behaviour from Luke towards 🐜.
Sorrento happened…Rory’s Bday trip which was leaked to paps in real time outing Luke’s location. And yep leech was there. This is when Luke is spotted flying back a lone and chaos week happens which is “Bless the telephone” , scrabble board and drink your milk T shirt. I mean CMON👀….Lukola fandom melted ship sailed strong. And theories, Lukola FBI started to put things together.
Now remember I say there has always been a tag team well after the bless the telephone, it was Nic tag your it, Luke went MIA. And in Aug 24 when enter the twink at the APE music festival. From seemingly unknown actor to someone very well known overnight. However even DM at the beginning were scratching the head as everyone was under the same impression that he is Gay.. because obviously yeah sorry not to be stereotypical but anyone who follows Lorde, Charlie xcx, Troy Sivan and Chappel Roan, dancing to pink pony club in a pink cowboy hat is either gay or a girl. . Also having pics of naked men on a gay beach on your IG does not scream boyfriend material.
Moving on yep Luke went MIA, the toilet twerker kept posting weird posts, but never a pic with Luke, meanwhile Nic continued to be pictured with JD building a narrative. Pub, scrabble, pap walks friend group post blah blah.
When Luke pops up posting from Spain at resort. I was in a live stream when it dropped and the fandom went wild. Because he posted this
It took him 3 times to post it in the story and he said third times a charm. But the fandom went wild thinking he had bitten Nic out of the picture. As people were posting losing it asking why!! he quickly came to her defence with a cake emoji. Not only that… Nic had a very similar cake 🍰 in one of her hotel stays. In the live stream days we were sure we had people from there teams in them because we would ask for things and it would happen randomly. While Luke was posting his stories people asked for him to post palm trees …next post trees…we ask for a pic of a dog and he posted a story pic of a statue of a small giraffe. 🦒 we lost our minds. It was insane!!
As insinuating goes 🐜 is the Queen of…two months after Luke posted the Spain pics twerk posted her summer dump including of course water and palm trees and a similar balcony. But… not the same room (palm trees 🌴 in a different place). TRUST ME Lukola FBI dissected it well.
The end of 2024 we thought end game was near. The bug had disappeared yeah she was posting random things insinuating but Luke was not in any pics…no tags no real interaction. Bridgerton was starting to be filmed and no one was worried about the twink (I mean I wasn’t lol).
Then comes glamour awards ahhhhh Nic stylist drops a pic with Luke in the background and we have audio of Luke saying “she’s amazing” as she’s walking on stage.
Very soon after this Nic and Luke at nearly the exact same time posted.
I mean collectively lost our minds. Both Nic and Luke post they are going on a trip!! Lutonia started rumors of a wedding in Cyprus 😂🤣🤣 and if you can see the long legged twink reading the script the PR alibi behind Nic…and the notorious Red bag. Uugh the red bag which forever be planted in every twerk dance video (which gets debunked). But Nic posts a pic of her getting ready for the time 100 awards and the red bag is in the background. So we were all feeling pretty good….even if the twink did tag along in his Long legs shirt go to SNL as the perfect PR alibi.
The rest of 2024 is quiet….there are a lot of fan sightings of Luke but nothing of Luke and 🐜 just her posting random shelves gelato pasta 🍝 water and often getting caught out in a lie. Nic was busy with promoting products and awards going DR who and Bridgerton and anywhere she went out she seemed to be followed by the twenty somethings. But also during this time the fandom noticed the changes
But honestly it is insane the difference from size 8-10 on the world tour that finished in June- 6 months later in December the second last pic was taken. Like um yeah no amount of bloating is going to do that. And then she drops down to what looks like her normal body size mid to late February 👀
Ok moving on….Christmas 24….yep like I said I thought Endgame was coming…Nic had switched the Claddagh ring to her left hand… 🐜 had gone MIA popping up every now and then but never pictured with Luke just like I said insinuating. Meanwhile Jake prancing everywhere with Nic (still extremely unbothered 🌈). One of the biggest signs was Nic was in Galway Christmas NYE ( Jake was in London with Dylan). 🐜 was in the Maldives actually working if you can believe it lol with a red bag in the background 🤭. So Luke and Nic together? Well they both came back in 2025 first pics with tans and Luke had a new scar on his head so who knows. But the pic Nic posted had a fork that the prongs had been intentionally blacked out because she knows that the fandom look for reflection.

While everyone was celebrating the fact that we had not seen bug Nic at fashion week trying to guess when BN was coming and celebrating the SAGs nomination….we had know idea what was coming let the dumb fuckery of 2025 begin
BOSS 30 Jan 25 Uugh we were so used to not seeing her face and she stalks up for pap PR pics like she is an actual working model. But we came to realise it was a distraction….the “let’s get this done” shake off the hand was too obvious. And cemented the narrative making it obvious.
Feb 25 was an absolute massive month there were soooo many highs and only a couple of lows. It began with Nics audio book “Misdirected”. Which was released the day before Luke’s birthday. If you have not listened to it do it. It is definitely very interesting and way too much of a coincidence in too many parts to not be directly related to- just quickly it is a book about co-stars who fall in love while filming a regency TV show 👀
There was the IFTAs where Nic gushed about bouncing back after pregnancy and being happily married with a baby. Luke was spotted with the 🐜 at a pre-bafta party but reports were that he stayed less than an hour and came and left by himself.
The SAGS were in February of 25 and it seemed like the world started shipping them again and the hug went viral. Luke was recorded saying “well I can be more natural here I can be myself”. Interview were trying to get them to slip up and Luke could not stop gushing about his happily married life.
With the chemistry…reactions from media ect Nic had no other option but to follow the bug. The SAG awards were brilliant but what followed the fallout was brutal
It was a PR spiral which you could predict…every 3 weeks on a Tuesday or Thursday and Luke and Nic would take turns. Pap pics, friend outings but no tags stories or grid pics. Until…..
The worst was the BAFTAs. Nic was nominated for big mood and Luke and Nic were nominated together for S3 carriage Scene. Pre BAFTAs party 🐜 got individual pictures, put in a Netflix promo and had her name listed mentioned as part as a BV article for Bridgerton when even other Bridgerton cast were not even mentioned. Nic and Luke were not photographed together they did not talk or even interact with each other it was like they were told to stay away from each other. In post Luke was pictured with the 🐜 and even the GA called it out as pure PR as it was being tossed in our face what actual real relationship does that. BAFTAs ceremony fake duck kiss promo pics 🤮 ridiculous moving on.
Even though the actual pap pics of 🐜 and Luke at the BAFTAs were 🤮 you know they knew the paps were there … because they looked up and waved as it was all for show.
In the pre BAFTAs interviews the crumbs were still being dropped Luke mentioned that he was chatting with Nic what food he ate, that food being in pics in Nics room, them both saying they were binge watching MAFS Australia, Nic saying that filming Bridgerton was like a whole pregnancy.
When Bridgerton stopped production late May…we knew that both Nic and Luke had projects they were going to be involved in later in the year however Nic went on a holiday for a month and Luke went MIA (or so we thought).
Nic went to Aus. There was one sighting of her walking with a very tall gentleman that from our investigation we believe it to be Luke. She went to SA and Sydney. Jake was filming there, the funny thing is throughout the whole time in Aus Luke was missing, except for a dodgy fan pic of Luke from you guessed it Cyprus but he looked a lot bigger and you could not see the scar so seemed old. 🐜 posted from you guessed it Cyprus or something like that with friends everyone obviously assumed Luke was there (not me lol) 😂. He did not like the post for 3days. Nic came home posted a grid post about Australia suddenly Luke appears likes her post and 🐜 interesting huh!
The second half of 2025….Luke went to NYC with the 🐜 and Nic went MIA with no actual sightings for months. There is evidence to suggest that Nic was possibly in NYC at this time and it was also very eye open for people to see how 🐜 was actually treated and interacted with in the wild.
Many many fans went to stage door, saw HOM in NYC, some even had conversations with Luke’s family, first hand eye witness accounts of 🐜 and how she interacted not only with Luke, but his family and the other cast members. And many have said that she was more like an assistant, she did not sit with the family but behind them, she did not walk with them on the opening not or get pictures, and there is clear vision of Luke actively ignoring her and leaving her on the street, not exactly “Boyfriend” behaviour.
While Luke was in NYC Nic was MIA pretty much The whole time…so for 3 months there was very minimal real time sightings. And there was the mic drop of a blind item about The Couple.

The last bit of 2025 flew by with Bridgerton promo, it was Nics turn to be on stage…the Claddagh ring 💍 came back into play and JD was also on stage. Nic did a ridiculous article (everyone started spiralling) it was a bit much, it seemed like damage control. After the article 🐜 was given a green to post the FIRST EVER pic of her and Luke together in a grid post from NY. But no tag. Sienna in support of this reposted the pic (selfie of 🐜 and Luke) to her stories, I mean who does that? And the day after Nic drops the guardian article…it was a little too obvious.
But right after CDAN came in with a blind item calling it out as PR as a mic drop to debunk it and it was revealed in the TT celebrity blinds. (See the above link to all the blind items).
Christmas, no end of year dumps for either Nic or Luke….Bridgerton content was dropping though and it was glorious.
🐜 dropping insinuation posts of where else you guessed Cyprus, water, food Uugh same rinse repeat. Nic posted a pic of herself sitting in front of TV with her Claddagh, and 🐜 posts a pic of Luke in a restaurant opening in FFS Uugh CYPRUS!!!!! Luke posts a pic on a dock and then bug in her end of year dump posts same dock room (with twin beds) beach where is it FFS CYPRUS!!!
Now we are in 2026…. And Bridgerton promo and S4 showed so much. We got a lot of crumbs Luke in Galway, the adjacent narrative starting to change, more blind items, but another ridiculous article.
Somethings are different this year….Luke went to Nics play, there was rumoured sightings and he was heard in the background of the MFAT, the Elle article Guiness video. The PDA and chemistry in the BTS released from Nic and Luke is clear….the slip of the tongue by Nic and Luke in their interviews.. and the coordinated MIA. Luke MIA when Nic is in the spotlight….when Luke comes into the light in the next month or so you will see Nic go underground. Tag team. UNO reverse.
I am hoping this very long fanfic of a post will help some of the newcomers to the Lukola fandom.
If you ever feel a little unsure about Lukola or concerned about the adjacent narrative, just ask yourself….what does a normal relationship look like….
1. Is it two co-stars in a relationship with similar non famous/seemingly unknown actors who are both 26 normal?
2. If you are in a relationship can you tag or comment on a partners post?
3. Do you insinuate that you are constantly in the vicinity of the famous person
4. As a non-famous person do you have a fan page even if there is nothing interesting about you?
5. Do you follow that famous person to every event and get pics individually but not allowed to post about it, not allowed to take a bag or tag.
6. Does the famous person look like they would rather drink bleach then be in their vicinity but display PDA with their costar.
7. Is it normal for a partner to look happier with his gay besties than with his “girlfriend”.
8. Is it normal for a seemingly unknown actor to get so many roles in such a short amount of time and actually admit in an article he did not know how he got a role.
9. Is it normal that a fandom is able to predict patterns of behaviour for SM activities for both costars and their alleged partners.
I am here because this has to be the most interesting story. I am sure I have missed a lot out. But the more you read the more you realise just how insane it is.
One day we will wake up….the adjacents will be living there own lives and Lukola will be as they have been. Happy living out there private but not secret lives.

So….after Nic went on the Dish and mentioned that even though she was going to be in S5 it would be only a small role. This sent Polin Stan’s into an uproar…Colin fans were upset because he was actually an integral part in Francesca’s story. Several articles dropped so yep it made an impact and trended on SM.
I can not recall that this happened when Kathony was sidelined…but moving on….it seems to me that it is late in the game to do a casting call for babies especially for end of the month….do we think they have added in additional Polin scenes and especially a baby to peak the interest of fans?
I mean….Polin Baby is still the most liked and shared post, followed by Kanthony Baby then Polin in Brazil so they know what drives engagement, but is it going to work? You know what probably…the TL is full of it and Polin especially as they anticipate the S3 anniversary coming up in a week.
Fingers crossed that we will get a Polin selfie before the end of the Month…

We have good things on the horizon…Nice has some possible press for the MFAT….Luke has a possible Deadline article coming or for what is predicted as the Nightingale with the fanning sisters. Season 5 Bridgerton starts filming and both Nic and Luke have confirmed they are in it. And Polin week!!!!! Which means lots of content from some brilliant creators and Netflix and Bridgerton always get on Board with it.
