Here's a sniper set I finished today!
The final set will have a bunch of snow and frost on it to really cement the snowy theme with the furry ushanka and boots, as well as the insulated jacket. This set has been claimed by @papyesh
EDIT: Finished! Click here to visit the collection on the workshop!
Pydrant
This head replacement for pyro turns his head into a metal fire hydrant, covered in lots of metal screws.
Ideally the dark gray metal would be paintable, but perhaps the red team colour could be paintable too, as an alternate style.
Athletic Android
This head replacement for Scout gives him a robotic look, similar to that of the corona australis / alcoholic automaton / spyware cosmetics, but with a sleeker and slightly more new-age sci-fi look.
It has two styles. The default style would retain the Scout's normal hat and headphones. The second style will turn them off.
Like with the previously mentioned cosmetics, the visor will be paintable.
Spyware
This spy face/head replacement is a futuristic robot with 3 glowing/paintable eyes. It leaves the balaclava intact and only covers the skin.
The spy’s cigarette is replaced with a spark plug, and his neck is made out of rubber tubing.

Mrs Claus Set
This set serves as a more feminine counterpart to the "Festive Fleece". It consists of two pieces: the "Gift Giver's Garb" and the "Claus Claws"
Gift Giver's Garb: A feminine dress and frilly skirt with white fur trims at the top and bottom. It has a thick leather belt with a gold belt buckle on the front that matches the belt buckle on the Gift Bringer item already ingame. It also replaces pyro's default suspenders with thick leather belts. Finally, it has two plastic yellow buttons on the chest.
Claus Claws: A pair of gloves that replace pyro's default gloves. Like the dress, there is a white fur trim at the top, and a leather belt and gold buckle wrapped around the gloves.
Hand-Bag
This backpack cosmetic for Scout curses his default bag and gives it a hungry mouth with drooping, jiggleboned tongue and some glowing red eyes. It turns the default straps around Scout's torso into hands interlocked at the wrist, with another hand lightly resting on his right shoulder.
EDIT: Finished! Click here to visit it on the workshop!
Fingered Footwear
This pair of boots for both Pyro and Engineer bares the appearance of each classes rubber gloves stretched over their default shoes. The fingers of each boot would be jiggleboned so that they would flap as you walk.
EDIT: Finished! Click here to visit it on the workshop!
Organ-ised Ornaments
These grenade replacements for Soldier, Pyro, and Demo take the form of ancient Egyptian canopic jars. Each jar is topped with the head of an Egyptian Deity and there are three separate designs: Anubis, Bastet, and Horus. The red parts of the red/gold trims would be team coloured.Another possible name for this item could be "Organ-ic Ornaments"
Gogglebox
This all-class glasses cosmetic features two vintage TVs that serve as goggles, secured to the classes heads with a leather belt that goes around the back. The TVs feature incredibly zoomed in pictures of eyeballs. The screens would have scanlines running up and down them, and the iris of the eyeballs would be paintable.

Lil' Huntsman
This shoulder pet item for Sniper gives him a huntsman spider on his right shoulder. the spider is wearing his signature hat and glasses and is holding its own tiny huntsman bow. The arms holding the huntsman bow would ideally be jiggleboned to sway while walking.
While the game already has an all-class shoulder spider cosmetic (Terror-antula), this one sits on the opposite shoulder and is only for Sniper, allowing him to wear both spiders at the same time.

About Face
This cosmetic for Engineer consists of a cheap, plastic mask of his own face and goggles on the back of his head to deter any spies coming to backstab him.
The straps of the mask go around his forehead and connect on the other side.It would have a hat/no hat style that would hide or show the default hard hat.
Rubberneck
This item was inspired by the "Buffed Pyro" item on the workshop that gives the Pyro extremely muscular arms bursting out of his suit.
This item gives the pyro an extremely muscular and swole neck. The collar of the suit has been moved down to make more room for the neck.
Terror Tyke
This 2-piece cosmetic set for scout includes a melee weapon. It's designed to make Scout resemble Chucky from the Child's Play movies.
Doll Face: This item gives Scout a ginger haircut with a high hair parting. It also adds freckles to Scout's face.
Toy Boy: This torso gives scout a set of team coloured denim overalls covered with colourful kid-friendly patterns and is addorned with two large plastic buttons. Scout wears a pink and red striped long sleeved shirt underneath the overalls.
Slasher's Staple: A plastic toy knife with a real razor sharp metal edge. The black handle has the same colourful patterns that the overalls have.
Wandering Aye
This hood for Demoman resembles a giant veiny eyeball, but instead of a pupil, it bares a gaping maw filled with sharp teeth. The slimy tendrils flowing down the back of the hood from the top are designed to simultaneously resemble an optical nerve from a detached eyeball and a flowing hairstyle.
Ankle Biters
This All-Class pair of shoes resembles a set of wind up chattering teeth, similar to my previous items Chatterbox and Chitters. The top teeth would be jiggleboned to “chomp” up and down as you run, and the key in the back would be jiggleboned to rotate slightly too.
Snog Champ
This All-Class cosmetic covers all of the mercs faces and necks with paintable red lipstick marks.
