The Runt Of The Litter 

Work has been a nightmare, but I felt inspired to draw my FAVORITE mutt from my favorite childhood video game! 

MUGGSHOT! The two-gunned tony! His backstory in the Sly Cooper games broke my heart as a kid, and it felt so amazing to actually draw him!! I love how it turned out!

Ashif Hakik, composer for the first Sly Cooper game (as well as Crash Nitro Kart and Tomba 2) passed away earlier today, apparently. I’m still looking up the details, but this is a huge tragedy. I know he was in a homeless shelter in recent years (possibly not forever), but details about his passing are sparse. Best wishes to any surviving family members of his, loved ones, etc.

I know the Sly Cooper series had a small voice cast but it still blows my mind every time I remember that Muggshot, Panda King, and Clockwerk were all voiced by the same guy

i love the cooper gang’s dynamic. sly’s a huge himbo but good at thinking on his feet. bentley is the exact opposite of sly (he does get better at thinking on the fly over time but he never particularly likes when his plans get altered). murray is neither technically smart nor a quick thinker but is more emotionally intelligent than the other two (especially post-spiritual journey)

Do y’all remember that person who went around asking specifically for artists to draw Sly Cooper characters “Raymanized”? Like with floating heads n hands?

I think they also asked a buncha people to draw Sly n Carm in prison suits too. They asked so many of us it became a weird fetishy joke almost (I have no idea the persons intent/if it was really a fetish thing).

... have they been around lately? Are they reading this post? 👀

Deviantart was a whole other area where I got the weirdest requests for mostly Sly stuff. There’s this one dude who would go around to every artist that was drawing primarily Sly Cooper content and ask them for Carmelita doing the Can Can with the rest of his OCs. That’s not that bad but it’s the biggest request that I’ve seen on there.
