maybe I’m going mad however Illumi seems very trans fem coded to me? Given her reaction to being able/allowed to wear pretty clothes and dresses and be feminine, vs all the outfits she was shown to have worn in the past being more masculine in cut. Also her body kinda, being more similar to a biological human males? Less good evidence cause y’know she’s an alien, but might be something. The only evidence against my theory is Ade referring to her as “her” but it was explained earlier that they’re all basically speaking Finnish and that’s why it seems like all the characters intrinsically know each others pronouns. Also her being referred to as a “princess” which is classically feminine can be left up to translation error between whatever OUL is speaking and Finnish. And there’s the tamogatchi life post, as more evidence towards the theory. There’s probably more point towards this but I either forgot or missed them. Anyway your comic is hella cool and congratulations on your physical release, the characters are awesome and I am very very excited to see more of this stuff, wherever the story goes.
