I ACCIDENTALLY BINGED FIONNA AND CAKE IN THREE DAYS AND FINISHED IT! NOW THE ONLY ADVENTURE TIME CONTENT LEFT IS SIDE QUESTS! WHICH IS NOT WORTH IT!

what do i do with my life now? i've actually finished a show for once, in full!

i can now confirm 9 episodes in to fionna and cake that the 10 seasons of prior viewing material were absolutely mandatory to understand the show. i'm happy i got a binge out of wanting to watch this but it's sad it was necessary. so much context depends on come along with me as well as knowing characters' histories and who is who

otherwise a cool show. i'd finish season 1 rn but i have work soon :(

i will say though watching adventure time to understand fionna and cake is way way way better than watching every mcu media to understand modern releases. it probably took longer, but no quantumania was necessary. instead, the only hurdle was graybles

except this might be a separate mod issue as now i have this bug when reloading my game always

i'm gonna jump to the conclusion that this is the same bug that gave me 1fps on a train ages ago and i need to rebuild my create fly trains and elevators :/

(also, improved transparency DID fix this, but it also darkened my world until i relaunched the game, so that is gonna be a last resort)

so this seems to be a localized problem, meaning it is probably the elevators and trains causing it. i took a break from unplugging elevators to fiddle with graphics options, and

not using sodium and turning on transparency explains the second problem. but not why the only way i've seen so far to fix the bug is to enable it, OR what versions are supported. every google search i make refers back to the new engine for 26.3-snapshot-2 which is unhelpful lol

(apparently opengl macos hates it and only supports it on experimental vulkan?)

vulkan fixes it but because it's vulkan, it stutters. i'll put up with this for now and see if create fly will get any updates beyond 26.2-pre2. now i can build tsa!
