It had been a long day for Logan. Job hunting had taken most of the day and it had been wildly unsuccessful. Something he had vented about with his therapist. Opening the door to his sisterās home, Logan dropped his bag by the door and followed the noise to the kitchen where he found Nora.Ā āHey,ā he greeted his younger sister, moving the fridge to grab a bottle of water.Ā āItās awfully quiet - whereās the kiddos?ā He asked casually, leaning against the countertop. Though the Clayton siblings had always been close, especially when Logan had to step up after their father passed away from cancer, since coming home, there was notable separation. Mostly, it was on him. Logan was having trouble adjusting back to normalcy and relating. The only person who he seemed to be able to connect to was Sophie.Ā āNo luck on jobs today - but a buddy of mine might have something for me.ā Logan hated being a burden on his sister.Ā
