Hi! I'm Melissa. I, like many of you, am on a journey to lose weight, while gaining muscle, endurance, and strength along the way. I'm a runner too, and although admittedly not a great one, I'm working on it. I'd be honored help you along your journey as I trek through mine - we'll get through it together. Then afterwards have a big party where we all wear bikinis as we run a 5k and eat almonds and apples, downing gallons and gallons of water the whole time.
