Thinly veiled intimidation was a staple of Ollie's upbringing, so it doesn't do much to her now. In reality, there's very few people Ollie's ever been scared of, and since turning, she's picked off all of them. She could match his theatrics, sure, but doesn't bother.

"Yes, I saw one of yours with him, that's how I knew where he was planning on going." A pause, pretending to considering something, and her own smirk manifests, "Although, wouldn't that mean I saw him first? And that would mean, well, finders keepers." His striking resemblance to her twin had immediately caught her eye, and with a name like that...she's not letting him go easy. "Besides, he might have caught her interest, but it seems like I'm the one who got his attention, so..." She mock grimaces. Willfully ignoring that she had specifically nudged him towards her and away from them.

But with Star taking a liking to the boy, David can't afford to let him slip through their fingers. He sighs ( a breath he doesn't need ), long - suffering.

There isn't much of a reaction to the theatrics around her. She already knows its one of them, and she doesn't find any of them particularly intimidating. Ollie chuckles a little when seeing it's none other than the leader. Normally, disputes are uncommon, where they have different...taste preferences, so she knows immediately what he's referring too. Not that she'll admit to that right away.

"Funny, I haven't heard anything. Then again, I heard your band playing last week and my ears started bleeding, so maybe that's got something to do with it."

⏾ — David hardly reacts to the pointed insult ; carefully crafted smile just on the edge of dangerous, still civil enough to keep his fangs hidden as he raises a brow, head tilting, almost animalistic in the motion. Curious. Amused. He chuckles, the sound low as it reverberates around them instead of from the single source standing plainly in front of Ollie. When he speaks, it's as if he's bored.

"I'll keep this brief. Simple. The boy is ours. Got it? Seems one of mine took an interest in him when he rolled through the boardwalk earlier, and, well — finders keepers, and all. You get it, don't you?"
