I feel so so sad and not sure who I can turn to. My ex husband had a serious accident six months ago and is paralysed from the neck down. He is abroad with his wife and still in hospital. My kids are devastated and I am trying to support them through this difficult time. I can’t expalain how this makes me feel. We had a life together, kids, and some happy times. I think about him daily, it hurts.

Being vegetarian for as long as I can remember, I turned vegan this year!

Best thing I’ve done, I’m cooking more , eating more healthy, and as well as not eating animals, I’m not contributing to the cruel dairy industry!

Friend ‘spghetti bolognese’

Gs ‘omg tomato sauce is really hard to get out of white tshirts’

Friend ‘I didn’t get any on it’

Gs ‘well, if you did....you have to use ACE, it’s great for getting stains out!’

I think he’s spending to much time around me...least he’s listening to me!
