I'm freeeee! Summer work is over so I can focus on writing and school now. I am only a sub for the school year. I am also dealing with dog training, but i feel a lot better having one less thing to focus on.

Any best wishes for my pets are appreciated rn bc they all are having alot of vet visits rn and are stressed. Taking the opportunity to share them

This is Bones, she is around 5-6 and has anxiety where she pulls out her fur and we are trying to find what works to help. She also was returned 3 times to the shelter before for behaviour issues. My mom got her for me after a hospital stay. She is loud and enjoys peeing on any clothes she can find so keeping clothes off limits is big here. She genuinely saved my life tho and has trained herself to help me when i'm at home dealing with a panic attack or autistic meltdown by interrupting behaviors or laying on me.

This is moomoo. She is more my bf's cat. She's his baby who loves being held by him on her back and often begs to be picked up. She doesn't like me very much even though I'm the one who chose her. I am very happy that she found her person in my bf after spending her first 7 months going from foster to foster even across state lines. She is very shy and skiddish even after being with us for over a year she easily scares by us just walking by fast. She is currently on watch to take video proof to support or disprove feline asthma.

And finally Maple. She was about to be put down due to the lack of room in the shelter and she was decided as unfriendly/unmarketable bc she was so shut down she barely moved. She is all good health wise other than needing some shots. Her personality is wary and shy, but once trust is formed she is very playful. She is being trained rn to help build confidence around the leash, walking, other dogs and have her crate trained. She can not be left alone currently or she will rip up the couch, blankets, ect- really anything she can. She's very sweet and submissive...except with me. I know it's because she trusts me enough to rebel a lil lol and I don't mind; with some training she will still come to trust me and listen.

said goodbye to toddrick cheese today!! my fashionable icon. sad to see him go but happy to be able to have another foster under the belt for the season. i’m gonna see if i can convince his new mom to name the next pigeon they get after a todd rice-affiliated character since she’s already said she wants a second one to keep him company.
