(Of course! I am always welcome to new plots! Though you must forgive how infrequent I am online lately. I've been a tad busy with medical things.

Since yesterday was my birthday and I basically got nothing done this past weekend, I am going to try to answer things slowly throughout the week. Just give me some time though. Going through therapy while forcing myself to answer stuff sometimes hurts my wrists.;;

“Shhhh….” Belle uttered with a shake of her head. She squeezed him tighter just to assure herself he was there, really there, and that she wasn’t imagining it. All she wanted was just a silent, still moment to hold him to her as tightly as she could. The relief flooded her veins and her hands wandered to smooth the stray locks of hair along his neck and cup his cheek. He was home. He was home, finally, with her.

And that was all that mattered, just for a moment.

And then that moment ceased. Fury replaced relief and Belle pulled herself away as quickly as if he’d suddenly burst into flames. “With no help from you!” she chided, crossing her arms. “You’ve been gone for months, Mozenrath! I thought you’d died somewhere, alone!” The fire in her veins propelled her to pick up a book and grasp it along its spine, and pointed it at him almost as a weapon. “My things are packed for traveling, Moz, I was probably a day away from coming to find you myself!”

A sigh left his lips. Now this was the type of reaction he was expecting from her. He allowed her to verbally let the steam escape her until she was finished, raising a brow at her as she prepared to use one of his books as a blunt weapon against him. 

“Are you quite finished? I was going to tell you were I went and why I was so late in my arrival. However, if you wish to continue your tantrum, I suppose I can give you a moment more to waste your breath.”

“Ah yes..I do remember hearing about that. If I recall, that quick thinking of his actually backfired on you lot, didn’t it? He comes up with temporary solutions, nothing that holds true merit.”

Mozenrath held his left hand out as he continued to speak, “Which brings me to the deal I have for you. I will leave Agrabah alone, let your people live in peace and even refrain from taking the genie from Aladdin. All I ask in return is you. Surely, a diplomatic woman such as yourself can see that the conflict between our lands could cease within a moment’s notice when a proper peace treaty is put into play. For centuries, a marriage has acted as such and if you care about your people as you claim you do -- you’ll take my words to heart.”

Sitting up quickly, Rapunzel released a loud scream that echoed from her bedroom all the way throughout the whole Citadel. It wasn’t the first time she had a nightmare about her so called mother coming back to haunt her since Mozenrath rescued her from the tower, even when she was back with her real parents she had so many nightmares than she had dreams. They all involved her being trapped in the tower but this time there were no windows and she could never move her hands as a ghost of chains wrapped around her wrists preventing her from even moving.  

Taking a few deep breaths, she tried her hardest to calm her mind and her racing heart down as best as she could but even that didn’t seem to working. “She’s not coming back… She’s not coming back..” she repeated to herself under her breath while she took a quick glance at her bedroom door. Would Mozenrath even be awake at this time of the night? Deciding to chance it, because she really needed some comfort, Rapunzel pushed herself up from her bed before walking over towards the door. 

Taking a moment to slowly open the door, so as to not wake up Pascal who was currently still sleeping on the edge of her pillow she stepped out of her room and walked down the hallway until she finally ended up at his lab, knowing that she wasn’t allowed to go in without his permission she lifted up her right hand to knock three times on the door. “Mozenrath, honey. Are you in there?”

It had been nearly two months since Mozenrath liberated Rapunzel from her tower. The supposed woman that was keeping her locked up there was an absolute idiot. He scoffed at the idea that such a selfish and powerless woman would keep such valuable magic from the world.

She had no need for it now. Mother Gothel was left as a pile of ashes and her prize was now his. While she was merely only there as an arranged marriage, he considered it more or less of a debt that was paid. With her at his side, the negative affects of his gauntlet would cease and he wouldn't have to worry about ever going overboard with his magic.

Ever the workaholic, he was up late, working on ways to best use the princess to his advantage. As if speaking of the devil, he could hear her voice coming from the other side of the door of his lab. Turning his head for a moment, he could see that his eel, Xerxes, was fast asleep in a corner on a pillow. So not even his servant could get the door. Rolling his eyes, he stepped away from his table, dropping his quill as he made his way to the door. Upon opening it, he crossed his arms over his chest as he looked down to her. 

“Yes? Did you need something, Rapunzel?”

"How did you get in here?"

“Easily, in fact. Your guards are terrible, by the way. They don’t know how to deal with magical beasts that can easily see them as a meal.”

He chuckles softly, “I take it that you are the queen here.” Mozenrath gives her a once over before tilting his head. “ Strange, I was expecting..a little more than this.”

"Where am I exactly?"

“You are in the Black Sands, my kingdom -- to be more precise. What I want to know is how you got here and why I shouldn’t have you executed on the spot for trespassing?” Already, behind him, several undead servants were moving towards their master, waiting for the command to deal with the woman.

“You sure can’t keep your hands to yourself…”

The corners of his lips curved into a wicked grin as he held Jasmine close, hands firmly on her hips, “Why should I? A princess like you should be shown what it is like to be with a true man of power, not a street rat. Come now, you can’t tell me that you haven’t gotten at least a little bit of back lash for having yourself involved with a thief, now can you?”

Waiting in the library, Moz’s young apprentice was seated with her arms folded and her lips twisted into a scowl. Ohhhh, he was gonna get it. Belle was tempted to chuck these books at his head, but when he entered, all the anger washed away. Brushing her fingers over her pendant, she pushed herself off the desk and all but flew to him, pulling him into a tight embrace. “Thank heavens you’re alright,” she uttered. She’d throw books at him later.

His journey had him away from the citadel for more than a ten day, which was unfortunate. Apparently while on his search for rare ingredients, he also encountered an anti-magic area. This caused a major delay in his return, as he couldn’t teleport himself out of there once he was finished. 

So imagine his surprise when he returned to have Belle rushing into his arms. He was still for a moment, before his arms wrapped around her in return. “My apologies for being late. I was..delayed upon my return. I trust you were able to continue your studies while I was away?”

The corners of his lips curved as he saw that his request was actually going to be obeyed. He pondered for all of a moment before coming to a conclusion as to how he wanted his new genie treated. 

“Gagged and blindfolded. In fact, since you are in such a helpful mood, take these.” With a single snap of his fingers, a pair of magical black chains and cuffs appeared in his hands. Mozenrath tossed them to Aladdin, knowing that there was no way he could deny his request now. 

“Once he is bound, make your way to my citadel. I will be waiting for you there. Don’t keep me waiting too long though.”
