very random ponderings but i dont think people are entitled to having friends. friends are nice and im not saying people should have to be "palatable" (which can mean a multitude of things) to deserve friends, but if you refuse to reflect on why people dont like you then how can you expect to have friends. how can you expect others to give you their time and energy like that. humans are social creatures, sure, but you cannot expect to have that sort of companionship simply by existing. you have to put in the work, and stop viewing other people as something youre entitled to. and you certainly cannot expect to have friends if you have caused nothing but harm to your community.
