The Milk Order Mystery
“Err hello? Yes this is Johnny G. I’d like to order 46 gallons of milk. That’s right, 46 gallons.”
“Johnny? Did you order milk for the station?”
“I did.”
“There’s somebody on the phone for you.”
A little while later…
… the next day…
…the day after that…
…the following day…
…the same evening…
…at Rampart…
“Darn it! Somebody’s been keeping the lines busy for three days straight!”
…the following morning…
“Joe?”
“I’m holding the line, Kel.”
…the following week….
“Who is this and what do you want?”
“My order? Dispatched? Gage? Do you know anything about this?”
“Vince. I want you to make an arrest. I think I know who kept the lines busy for ten days straight. What do you have to say?”
Monday Faces
Faces of wonder, disbelief and quiet resignation. Yes, it’s Monday again.
… and a face of rebellion: “Big deal!”
Friday Faces
When it’s Friday and you know it.
Things I noticed while watching the “Virus” episode - Part I
1. Johnny is really vain about his hair (you know, compared to the other haircuts). He keeps re-arranging it when taking off his helmet:
2. The Captain from Engine 60 looks like a miniature version of Hank.
3. The smile on Cap’s face when he hands Roy the address.
4. That neighbour who pretends to dust his front-door steps.
Things I noticed during the “Virus” episode - Part II
5. Hank in action.
6. Hank’s gold watch.
7. Kel’s rotation.
Things I noticed during the “Virus” episode - Part III
8. Roy and Johnny are called to the highest cabin ever built…
… Roy can’t believe how high it is. (it’s 30 feet high, how did they even manage to build that? that’s such a safety hazard for a kid)
9. Roy loves climbing.
10. We learn that vertigo can have a psychological effect on people and make them angry.
11. Cap has the longest stride of them all.
12. Roy answers Cap’s question about having a line up there with a “Yo!”
Things I noticed during the “Virus” episode - Part IV
13. The difference between Johnny and Roy when they rappel down the building.
14. Johnny’s thinking face.
15. Kel’s waterproof make-up.
16. The nurse administers apple juice as an antidote.
17. Roy fell asleep against the phone.
Things I noticed during the “Virus” episode - Part V
18. The best ending scene in the whole series.
Roy and Johnny aren’t too sure about this new development.
