Paid Date, Mixed Emotions | Flashback | Lori & James
He wanted to keep his eyes off of her, to fight his imagination that kept coming up with new efficient ways to undress her and picturing how she would look over his bed, how her fair skin would highlight his black sheets, how the movement of her hips would be in other more enjoyable activities. It was wrong and James knew it but still he couldn’t help himself. A woman with presence that could ignite a room was his weakness. He almost cursed Robin for remembering exactly what he wanted in a woman and himself for liking it so much. With more effort than he expected, James removed his sight off the girl that paraded herself across the room as she owned it. His concentration was on his drink, instead but the innocent distraction didn’t last very much as the brunette asked him a question.
"James. The one and only" He said with a rather sarcastic grin, secretly wishing she were talking of another man. "And who you might be? If we’re gonna do this, I would like to, at least, know your name. Or is that too much to ask for?" He figured it’d be better that way. He couldn’t show up alone without making a fuss and she had to assist to a wedding. It was a win-win situation for everyone involved. Still, James was sure he wouldn’t get to anything physical with the young escort. After all, her job was merely to be next to him at the event; anything else was simply unthinkable.
"You’re right. We sadly do have a wedding to attend to" With slow, decisive steps, James strolled his way towards the woman and didn’t stop until he was only a few inches from her. His hand found the spot on the small of her back and pulled her closer to him, so he could open one of the drawers from the dresser behind of her. He pulled out a white shirt and a black tie before stepping back from the girl. With ease, James slipped into his button-cuff shirt, buttoned it up before he tucked the edges of the fabric into his trousers. "If anyone asks you anything, here’s all you need to know: You are a friend of mine, this was a last-minute date and well, I think you’re smart enough to handle the rest" For a second, he thought of warning her that some relatives would ask her if she was James’ famous roommate/girlfriend but she didn’t need to know about his personal life.
Grabbing the tie between his fingers, he placed it beneath the collar of his shirt before eyeing the woman. “Could you be a darling and help me with my tie?” It might’ve looked as if he was too buzzed to tie it himself but actually, all he wanted was to keep her close. There was something very dangerous about this one girl that assured him he was most likely to regret the evening. “How old are you? Aren’t you a bit young for this kind of job?” Of course, age rarely stopped him from getting what he wanted out of women but there were times when it made a difference when James preferred to search for reasons to stay away from someone. This was one of those occasions.
Mission accomplished, Lori thought, her body still delicately draped on the dresser's edge. She kept his gaze with no shame, imagining how his hands would feel on her waist, guiding her hips against his. Or how sleek his body felt in the hot water of steaming shower. Her normal relationships were always with young boys who lacked the roughened edges of a man, but spoke with the arrogance of a multimillionaire. A night with someone more deserving was all she wanted. Was that too much to ask? "No, not at all" Lori said, adjusting the v-neck cut of her halter. "Lori Revuse, probably not the only, but definitely the only one of this nature." She raised her eyes to his, flashing him a deliberate smirk. The low-cut fabric of her dress now appropriately fixed on her chest, Lori looked up to find James only a few, humble inches from her face.Â
Having him right there would have been perfect. Simply attacking his lips in a succulent kiss, or gently taking his hands and resting them on her hips would have done it, she was sure. She raised her brow. His hand touched her waist, moving to the small of her back as he pulled her to him. Lori swooned, the pressure of his firm abdomen against hers combining with the lingering smell of alcohol on his breath simply driving her crazy. And like that he moved away, slipping on a white button-cuff he took from the drawer behind her. "Of course," she said, her throat tight from the effect that James had on her. "Last-minute date works fine for me." It didn't matter who he said she was, she was still getting paid at the end of the day. And possibly a little more.Â
Lori pushed herself off the dresser, happy for the invitation to be close again. She approached James with a similar stroll from before and stopped once she was close enough to be looking up at him. Keeping her eyes on his, she took the ends of his tie in her hands, tying them easily into a full Windsor knot. She moved a few inches away and circled around him, making sure there weren't any flaws. She dragged a hand across his back and onto his shoulder, smoothly down the soft material. "There. You look stunning." She said as she reach his front side again. The tension in the room was heavy yet she could breathe so easily.Â
"No. Twenty one is definitely not too young of an age to take people on dates. Twenty one even seems conservative when you consider children in their pre-teens begin dating. Even sleeping with each other." She was certain James wasn't the type of man to shy away from a women too young. He would, possibly, if she was under eighteen. But Lori was far from that, mentally and physically "Darling, I'm craving for noise and lot's of alcohol. I'll behave myself, I promise, but finish getting dressed."Â She turned away from him and made herself comfortable on his bed.Â
