The Breakfast Club has made a huge impact on popular culture. This is evident because of the numerous references made in movies, shows, music, and other media. Off the top of my head, I could think of at least 4 different shows that referenced the movie. This speaks to the lingering impact films can have on society and demonstrates the importance of making films that will stand the test of time in both the quality of the film itself and the message it sends to society.
