I headcanon that Juliet watches Sex and the City. Idc if it's just hatewatching but she somehow has all the seasons on dvd on the island (I don't know if they have dvd players there but somehow she still manages to watch them)

And when she gets off of the island with Sawyer (because she didn't die duh) she makes him watch it as well. What she doesn't know is that he has already seen it as well.

One thing that makes me really sad is that Juliet was clearly hinted to be pregnant before she died but it was never actually talked about or confirmed on screen :(
