Vulnerability

If I could give any person any advice, it would be to learn to be vulnerable.

Being vulnerable and open with these other humans who walk the earth is so incredibly beneficial.

It doesn’t always go they way you intend. It can be received negatively. But you will feel so much better in the long run that you did it.

Learning to be okay being vulnerable has been such a journey. And learning to be vulnerable has allowed me to say exactly what I want and do so in a healthy way and before it’s to late.

Learn to be vulnerable with others. Youll be glad you did
