today i ate a lot of things like 2 portion ice cream and special dessertand 1.5 bags of chips also half bag of jelly bean and half cup blueberry (it is not include my dinner) and I compared my weight with morning and scale said I gained 1.2 kilos like wtf I know I can not gain that much but also I know I gained some.. idk I just wanna control myself and lose more weight (im still thinking that the scale is broken and I am fat) I just want to be 44-45 kg but I can not reach that dream
